WTF are you talking about...the guy got killed in a car accident in germany...if you are trying to be funny then this is the wrong spot.

He actually was killed when he head butted some concrete fixture underneath the basket in a game overseas. Talk about bad luck. But yeah, if you can shoot there will be a place for you on an NBA roster. Reddick will be in the league.

he is too small but then again how many pure shooters is there in the NBA, every team needs one of them......he needs the right place in order to succeed

I think he's a for sure 1st rounder for someone. Don't forget even today it never hurts to take a much publicized white boy for the team, helps with season ticket sales on some clubs. Just being white and having some game can often raise your value in the NBA.

I haven't watched much of him but maybe he is a good comparison to Sura when he came out of Fla State?

reddick is just too slow to create in the lane. no quickness. perhaps he can be as good as piatkowski has been. not bad, since piatkowski has been in the league for many many years and has made tons and tons of money.

And so it goes......

I Second That Comarison To Kerr. I Watched As Reddick Handled The Ball Alot Last Nite Vs. Maryland And He Showed Me Very Little.

Guys, Steve Kerr played point guard mostly and was a good ballhandler and did not turn the ball over. Any Reddick comparisons to any point guard is not apt.

If Reddick is a success, he is Fred Hoiberg.

Bob Sura is about 30% from 3 for his career and only shots about 2 a game. Not a good comparison.

Correct Me If I Am Wrong, But Kerr Did Very Little Toward The End Of His Career Aside From Shooting Spot-up 3s.

During Kerr's 4 Most Productive Years, 94-98 With The Bulls, The Only 4 In Which He Played All 82 Games In His Entire Career, He Had 728 Assists And 2733 Points.

Those #s Would Suggest He Is Definitely More Of A Shooter Than A Passer.

Tommy, it would, however he mostly played point guard and brought the ball up the court. Then MJ did his thing. But when he and MJ played, Kerr was the PG.

I Cant Argue With You B/c I Am An Old Guy And My Memory Is Not That Great. But I Seem To Remember Mj Doing An Awful Lot Of Ballhandling During The Second Set Of Those 6 Title Runs.

MJ did a lot of everything, but he was a point guard for about 20 games one season and that's it. He was good at it too, of course, but for the most part he was not the point guard. Same thing with Paxson, more points than assists, but he was the point guard.

D2BETS - could he be another rex champman? or too slow and cannot jump? i believe one can be a spot up shooter from 3 pt range at the nba level. and that is ALL you do. shoot threes.

i believe DANIEL EWING from Duke will also be a pro, picked maybe 14th when he comes out.

Identity, yeah but you can't be a good starter with that profile. Again, that's what Fred Hoiberg does. And I like Hoiberg. But keep it in perspective. Hoiber was a 2nd round pick, and was worthy of a 2nd round pick.

And from what I've seen of Ewing he is not an NBA player. Doesn't do anything especially well and is small.

Oh, here's another name that's a good comparison -- CRAIG HODGES. Many people think he was the best shooter ever. He could drain 25 footers like there was no tomorrow. But like Reddick, he was smallish and (not to be racist but) despite his color was not an especially good athlete. He was a pretty good role player off the bench.

I think he will be drafted 10-20 and have a decent career as a 3-point specialist and that is about it. To small and slow for much more. He has 5x more all around game then Kyle Korver did coming out of college. He is probably a little more atheletic as well. But Korver is taller and has turned out to be an extermely hard worker who is now in excellent physical condition. Korver has no athletic ability but has the work ethic to be a good team defender and husstles with the best of them. Those intangibles along with his shooting will keep him in hte game a long time.

No way he is a lottery pick. He will get taken in the second round. He small, skinny, and does not handle the ball well. He cannot defend anyone. If u put him in the nba where everyone can score he will get abused. He will be a liability. Just b/c u are a great college player does not mean u can play in the Pro's.

There has been college all americans that were not even drafted. Charles smith Gtown as an example.
