That's the thing though. We got a package deal on the hotel in Belen that can't be refunded, so if we stay the night somewhere else we would be paying twice. All our trips are gonna be day trips.
Never get packaged deals! Just going yourself and checking out each individual place and negotiating rates with people will save you money and disappointment.
