Which is very puzzling .......The Democrats who we all know LOVE THE PEOPLE and are HUGE supporters of internet gambling have been in power for 2 years now and yet NOT 1 BILL to legalize ANY FORM OF GAMBLING WHATSOEVER has been introduced....I just dont understand it. They got us out of Iraq in 90 days just like they said they would, they repealed ALL of GWB tax cuts JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD...They've turned around the ECONOMY JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD but yet..........NO internet gambling. So weird......If i didnt know better i might even think the Democrats are liars who say ANYTHING TO GET ELECTED then DO NOTHING once their in...
hmmmmmm like i said, VERY weird..
Actually, that's not true. There have been bills introduced, most notably by Barney Frank (D-Mass).

</td> <td colspan="3" valign="top"> Washington, DC - Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) today introduced H.R. 2046, the Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act of 2007 that would create an exemption to the ban on online gambling for properly licensed operators, allowing Americans to lawfully bet online.
The Act establishes a federal regulatory and enforcement framework to license companies to accept bets and wagers online from individuals in the U.S., to the extent permitted by individual states, Indian tribes and sport leagues. All such licenses would include protections against underage gambling, compulsive gambling, money laundering and fraud.
