I think if SIA asked for SS it was because of a mutliple account issue, got a withdraw today no problem.

Umm, bad? Check this out:

ChecknRaisePoker.com Can’t Pay WSOP Contest winners Entry Fees 06/13/2006 04:31 PM
Earlier this year ChecknRaise Poker held a promotion called the “CheckPoints to Millions” in which 10 winners were awarded entries into this year’s WSOP. Now, just weeks away, ChecknRaise notified the winners that they are unable to pay for the seats, stating that “Unfortunately our cash flow did not allow us to set aside sufficient funds from the time that you won your seat in March.” One player had already reserved a hotel room and had purchased non-refundable plane tickets. ChecknRaise has offered to pay 5% monthly, as cash flow permits, until a total of $11,000 is paid to each affected player.

No SS required?

jwunderdog lists himself as being English, so therefore he wouldn't have a USA SSN. I have no balance and nothing pending at SIA personally. I hope they aren't doing credit checks and requiring SSN. I don't want to correct in saying US citizens must give this info to SIA in order to withdraw, but the guys saying no problem are not from the states.

Maybe we should ask books for credit backgrounds of the companies and principal owners before depositing in particular with newer books ?

I never understood SIA not allowing bets over a certain amount ( $1000 for NFL). If they are so heavy on the fav -7 -110, that they want you to bet the dog +7 +100, or +105, then why not let the same guy hit it for $1000, adjust line if needed, then take another hit ?

Why would a book care if somebody wins X amount when that player helps them balance, and SIA does want balanced action.

-7 -110 and +7 +105 makes money for the house if in balance.
