Here you go RedElephants:

The "plenty" of teams that I think could beat Alabama include, but could be more: Ohio St., Clemson, Notre Dame, Baylor, Oklahoma, Iowa, Oklahoma St., Stanford, Utah, USC.

The one team on that I didn't think could beat Alabama was Ole Miss. We know that result.
Bama has one good win VS LSU. That's it.
Overrated team that hopefully will lose and get knocked out of top four.
If they make it to the final 4, they will get exposed.

I agree with you completely Short. Huskers could easily beat Iowa...... especially if Tom Osborne and Uncle Fester are on the officiating crew..... like the Sparty game.

Nebraska as a 5-6 team may be favored over a team that is ranked in top 4......

Oklahoma's Stoops, Iowa's Ferentz, and committee member Alvarez all on the 1983 IOWA coaching staff,...... along with a host of other past and current coaches.

Are you for real? Why do you hate Bama so much? They are a legit top 4 team that has the talent to win it all. I don't think any of those teams can beat Bama, including Clemson.

Good call.

I know my stuff....LMAO.

Next week is the week when the polls get turned upside down....I see so many teams in the top tier who can lose.

I`ll tell you something.....Michigan St will be in trouble against Penn St.....I`m calling it right now.....Talk about a huge LETDOWN special...Do not,i repeat do not be surprised if Penn St beats Sparty SU...I can see it happening.....Yep!

Ohio St will never get off the mat.....That loss against Sparty was devastating.....Michigan beats Ohio St easily...I am calling a Blowout type score....Michigan 35...Oho St. 17....Game won`t even be close.

Oklahoma will be in trouble against Oklahoma St.....I can see Oklahoma St bouncing back and beating the Sooners...It can happen...lol

I believe that Notre Dame and North Carolina will and can lose next week.....In my opinion Stanford is better then Notre Dame and North Carolina St is just as good as North Carolina.

Iowa gets to play a decent team in Nebraska on the road....LOL.....Upset alert...It wont be easy.

I would like to think Alabama might be in for a tough day against Auburn....Probably not though....Then again....You never know.

I see these top tier teams being in trouble next Saturday.
Michigan St
Notre Dame
Oklahoma
Iowa
Ohio St.

Can you imagine if those 5 teams lost Saturday....LOL....Shake up city.....It can happen.

Michigan will be a top 4 team and be one of the playoff teams

I`ll be back to this thread in a few weeks....LOL

Can Michigan still play in the B10 title game if they win vs OSU and MSU loses? I would think not since they lost to MSU, but not sure what the exact tiebreaker is, but since MSU would have beaten them both, I would assume they'd still be in to face Iowa. So that means they'd be 10-2 and done.

They aren't leapfrogging a 1 loss Clemson or Alabama team. Oklahoma vs. Ok State winner will be 11-1 and likely in. ND vs. Stanford winner will still be ahead of them in rankings, so you'd need Stanford to win that game, then lose in P12 title game, possible. You still have a one loss Baylor team ahead of them too. So even if MSU loses this week to PSU and Iowa loses this week to Nebraska, those two teams would face off in the B10 title game and the winner would likely still be ahead of Michigan, since Iowa would be 12-1 or MSU would be 11-2 with a win over Michigan.

I think just too many things have to go perfect for them, and it still might not even be enough.

That being said, we are not done with upsets and the top four is bound to have a shakeup before the final draw, so who knows.

If MSU loses, the winner of OSU-UM goes the the title game....MSU would be 6-2, the OSU/UM winner would be 7-1....no tiebreaker needed.

YOU PROBABLY SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT OHIO STATE LAST YR

Good coaching staff, score over 24 almost every game and should do the same this week

If Patterson doesn't go for 2, Oklahoma probably would have lost last week in ot without Mayfield

florida is so great. ndame had issues with BC and their 3rd string QB. Clearly Bama and Clemson look like the cream of the crop, but you still have to game plan and bring it onto the field..Anyone of the top 10 could win this 2 game playoff

Thank you for clarifying that. I admit I was too lazy to look it up. So, that does give UM a better shot to possibly sneak in, albeit still a long one.

Greenbacks,

If you like Michigan before you might really like them now. Full disclosure I was already on them, then discovered this.

Play Against - A road team vs. the money line (OHIO ST) - after gaining 150 or less total yards in their previous game against opponent after outgaining opp by 125 or more total yards in their previous game.
(33-1 since 1992.) (97.1%, +31.8 units. Rating = 7*)

The average money line posted in these games was: Team favored with a money line of: -120
The average score in these games was: Team 34.3, Opponent 13.2 (Average point differential = +21.2)

The situation's record this season is: (0-0, +0 units).
Over the last 3 seasons the situation's record is: (3-0, +3 units).
Over the last 5 seasons the situation's record is: (5-0, +5 units).
Over the last 10 seasons the situation's record is: (15-0, +15 units).

What about the Bubble Bursting factor: playing against a team that lost for the first time in their previous game??
