He isn't making any blanket assumptions. He is saying what he has seen in his experiences, which he readily acknowledges is only a small sample size of the population as a whole. Not like he is saying he has studied the issue as a Sociology professor, just giving his 2 cents with no hateful or discriminatory language whatsoever.
He is saying what he saw and his observation of those races. It isn't the most PC thing to say but it isn't racist. I mean he is just giving his experience seeing the black dude/white girl dynamic. This is in his area where he lives, at the business his family owned. He knows this is not the entire population or anything. Obviously in other areas or settings it is probably different.

Now, if you look at the anger of the black women, that's completely different ....They're pissed, black man for the most part have put the black woman in the rear view mirror.. Dated a black girl for about six months. The only racism we experienced came from other black guys making comments towards her about dating a white guy. Seems like every time we walked by a black guy on the street he would give us a dirty look at the minimum. Sad thing is I lived in a big, diverse city at the time.

CG, The reality is that you are in denial about your deep rooted racism (like most of us). The fact that you can catagorize human beings by their color and then try to predict behavior patterns based on this catagorization illustrates your racism. This is "institutional racism" and it is endemic in american society today
no amount of "cloudy days" can make up for a 500 year black holocaust
