An emotional hearing this week in which police officers attacked in the Capitol riot testified before a House select committee investigating the events of Jan. 6 turned more Americans against the need for the probe, according to a Morning Consult poll.

Among voters of all parties, 53 percent supported the investigation, down from 66 percent in the survey in June and 58 percent just a week ago. Four out of five Democrats were in favor, while only a quarter of Republicans were, along with half of independents.

Only 49 percent of those polled said they had watched all or even part of the committee hearing that dominated the news cycle on Tuesday.

Here is a pretty safe prediction on my part, which has a lot more chance of succeeding that any of fpp/sbd's.

The prediction is that with both the Maricopa Audit Results and Mike LindHELL's symposium approaching fast, here is a spoiler as to what to expect

from fpp/sbd in the way of statements re: each one of them.

Needless to say that no matter how positive or negative they are from his point of view, he is going to embellish and/or spin them in such a way as to

try to "prove" establish beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump "won" the Election.

What will follow afterwards is that we will get the same cliche phrases fpp/sbd has used(and failed with) time and time again such as "They are in panic mode,"

"Its all over for them now," "Trump's 'Return' is imminent," "Nothing can stop what is coming," etc.

Then as time passes by and nothing happens, fpp/sbd will move the goal posts once again, issue some new predictions, repeat the same mantras, example of which

I just posted above, and to be blunt, his Ground Hog Day will be in full view for all to see!!

We've seen a lot of commentators recent blaming virus surge on red states, Trump supporters, etc. Some advocate coercive moves, warn that Blue America is rapidly losing patience with backward Red America.

Now we see reports that episode that freaked out CDC was outbreak over crowded July 4th in part of heavily-vaccinated, deep-blue Massachusetts famous for its gay scene. Not a Trump hotspot .
