We know that our Republic can continue to shine as a beacon of liberty only if Americans diligently defend our Constitution and ensure that its limits are strongly enforced. My Administration has sought to simplify and streamline America’s statutory and regulatory code, checking encroachments by government on individual liberty and unleashing the spirit of genius and innovation that has made America the freest and most prosperous country in the world. Furthermore, one of my top priorities as President has been to nominate and appoint judges who are faithful to the proper role of the judiciary — to interpret the law, not to make it. In all of these efforts, we aim to ensure that the Government can continue to perform its fundamental responsibility to the American people, articulated in the Preamble of the Constitution, to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”
On this Law Day, I urge all Americans to honor our shared inheritance of respect for the principles of the rule of law, limited government, and individual liberty. Let us rededicate ourselves to remaining ever vigilant in defending our rights secured by the Constitution so that our experiment in self‑government continues in perpetuity.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, in accordance with Public Law 87–20, as amended, do hereby proclaim May 1, 2020, as Law Day, U.S.A. I urge all Americans, including government officials, to observe this day by reflecting upon the importance of the rule of law in our Nation and displaying the flag of the United States in support of this national observance; and I especially urge the legal profession, the press, and the radio, television, and media industries to promote and to participate in the observance of this day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-ninth day of April, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fourth.

What these Dem tyrants are doing is illegal Supreme Court Ruling in Ex Parte Milligan still stands today: “Neither the legislature nor an executive or Judicial officer may disregard the provisions of the constitution in case of emergency..” Violation forfeits your office!
Of course it's illegal and a violation of our Constitutional Rights.
The problem is Americans have been dumbed down so much they don't even know or understand what their Constitutional Rights are!
Lucky for them Pres. Trump and his Administration DO!
And this is why they recently assigned Federal Prosecutors to oversee the State's activities around the handling of COVID19 and the re-opening of their economies!
This isn't about politics it's about protecting our freedom!
In observance of Law Day this is a reminder to Democrats like Pelosi, Schumer, Cuomo, Witmer, Newsom and countless others who abused their power and turned on their own Country and its citizens that THEY WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES and JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.
Today is a day to stand united, celebrate our great Country and express gratitude for our Administration, Military and others who are fighting this "silent war" for OUR FREEDOM and to restore the integrity of the Constitution and the dignity of Lady Liberty!

CENSORSHIP: YouTube is deleting content critical of the World Health Organization
YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki recently made it clear on CNN host Brian Stelter’s podcast Reliable Sources, that anything that goes against the World Health Organization's (WHO) stance on the coronavirus is a violation of YouTube policy and will not be allowed on the site.
While the WHO has been defunded by its biggest benefactor, and questioned about its adherence to Chinese Communist Party propaganda with regard to its narrative on the coronavirus, it has been upheld as a bastion of truth by social media companies, from Facebook to Twitter to YouTube.
The WHO did not speak out when hero doctor Li Wenliang was censored by Chinese officials. The WHO told the world not to use masks, that borders & flights from China be open indefinitely. In a move of gross audacity, the WHO informed world leaders in January that there was "no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus.” The WHO denies Taiwan’s existence and, without any doubt, is dancing to the tune of the Chinese Communist Party.
Incompetence is one thing but supporting a corrupt institution that puts human lives in danger is something completely different. By making the official stance of YouTube that whatever the WHO says goes, YouTube is circumventing potentially more accurate information in favor of an organization that will be standing next to the CCP when the deaths from this tragedy are finally tallied.

Michigan Senator Calls Out Muslim Brotherhood's "Civialization Jihad" Plot Against America
Tensions were high on the Senate floor today, when a lawmaker doubled down on claims that Muslim terrorist groups are trying to infiltrate the U.S.
Republican Senator Patrick Colbeck, R-Canton, is running for governor. A Buzzfeed article recently uncovered a presentation Colbeck gave. In it, he accuses a Democratic candidate for governor of having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Colbeck has offered no proof to support this claim.
Colbeck did not mention Abdul El-Sayed in his floor speech today, but he did reiterate his belief that there is a “civilization jihad” plot against America furthered by the Muslim Brotherhood.
“The organizations which share the professed mission of the Muslim brotherhood to destroy our nation from within are real, not theoretical,” Colbeck said Thursday. “They are active right here in the state of Michigan.”
