Will Trump be devolutioned before or after the Republican nomination for President?
In either case how will that affect things and/or will they have no effect??
Also, what happens if Trump is devolutioned after the results of 2024 are known and he either doesn't win as the candidate
and/or another Republican candidate is the nominee or the Democratic nominee wins?
Does it mean that Trump is automatically the POTUS for a full four year term which might even extend past the 2028 Election results to
ensure that he gets his full four years as acting POTUS depending on when he is devolutioned??
