During the next Jan. 6 committee hearing I will be listening for evidence of a crime that has gone largely undiscussed.
www.msnbc.com
I will have more to say about this after Bill Maher as well as to clarify something which was not well worded on my part and was thus not
interpreted correctly.
I am going to make this as brief as I can am going to bed early as I have a littel cold.
Anyways re: the manslaughter link for January 6th, all I am saying is that it is possible and I am sure as hell not going to take the word
of Lenny who doesn't have an education in law!!
Each to their own.
Second of all regarding my comments on intent re: manslaughter
Unlike lenny, sbd and sheriff joe who never admit a missed prediction or any kind of error on their part, I have enough confidence in
my overall abilities when I make an error and in this case was not clear.
What I erroneously did was to say that I agreed about a possible manslaughter charge for Trump's role on January 6th.
What followed was an entirely different thought which had nothing to per se with manslaughter but because of the manner
in which I worded it.
What I was trying to convey had to do with my thoughts re: January 6th and Trump's OVERALL role.
I was trying to say that an actual crime includes intent and not just whether it was successful or not!!
I used the same bank robbery analogy I have used several times before to make the same point as it applies to Trump
regarding his overall involvement and I stand by it.
Again I can certainly understand how and why it was misinterpreted to mean that I was referring to manslaughter.
That's it-I am off to bed and this post will be my absolute final comment on this topic!!
