What frightens me the most is that imo somewhere along the way in the near future Putin is going to go to far whether it is with his
expansion and further invasion, use of chemical weapons, and its is going to come down with a showdown with the US.
The obvious dilemma is what the US should do depends on what he does.
Should we simply threaten him with retaliatory action and call his bluff so to speak and hope that that that work or what??
We would all like to think that no matter what we do in retaliation if in fact we do anything, that no matter what Putin's
mental state is, he will not launch an all-out nuclear attack on the US and NATO countries.
Unfortunately, no one has the ability to get inside his head and know what Putin is thinking and what his plans are at this
juncture.
Like just about all of us, I would like to think that he wouldn't dare to start a nuclear war with the US and fire off hundreds of
missiles for too many reasons to mention right here., but no one can say that with any certainty.
Call it a chess game or a Game of Chicken.
The only sure thing is somehow this invasion must stopped by whatever means very soon.
If not, the possible consequences are unthinkable!!!
