ot-Speaking of Texas, my only visit to Texas was and WILL BE was around ten years ago.

What I remember from that trip are these three things:

1) My Red Sox surprisingly swept the Rangers in a three games series and the games were all routs.

2) For the most part the folks I talked with at the hotel, game, stores and restaurants, while being civil, were not very bright,

had shocking their far rightwing views were/are.

3) I received a camera violation ticket for allegedly not stopping for a red light in a rental car/

I actually missed it by a split second because if I had not, it was very likely that a truck behind me would have hit me.

To cut to the chase when I didn't pay it, they sent me warnings that they would seize my home if I didn't pay(, even though

my home had already been paid which was already 100% paid off) and some other threats and dire consequences.

They told me I could appeal it but it would necessitate my going back to Texas.

Yeah right I was about to go all the way back to Texas and pay the flight and hotel over a $75 ticket(can't remember the exact amount)! lol

When I didn't reply/send in the appeal, one of the city's tough-talking lawyers called me up with more threats.

I told him to fuck himself and hung up.

That was the end of it and they never bother me again.

Overall I call above WINNING, but on the other hand, I will NEVER formally ever visit Texas again!!

Obvious if I have to change planes there if I am going somewhere else, I have no choice.
