What I did not mention and should have and will now also include their notion that since Inauguration Day in 2021 when Biden
was inaugurated, that Biden was not inaugurated and that in fact Trump has been the CIC since that day.
I will summarize the salient points.
To my closing argument:
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, during this case, the main contention of the defendants is that Trump and not Biden has been acting
CIC since Inauguration Day as well as the concept of his reinstatement/devolution.
Let's start at the beginning:
On the day Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 Election, sbd harped on massive elective fraud and
PROMISED that on the following
Friday that his "inside sources" had informed him that the results would be reversed bu the SCOTUS and Trump would be declared the
winner.
We all obviously know that that never occurred!!
In the days, weeks and months after that we were told by sbd and his fellow members that various audits, recounts,
symposium, etc. would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump won the Election including Trump himself!!
During the same time frame, we were told that the legal challenges would overturn the results including the SCOTUS!!
The bottom line is that all of those attempts failed to even get out of the batters' box!!
At that point the talk turned away from reinstatement to daily predictions of Trump's devolution and that it was "imminent!"
Sbd and sheriff hoe pointed to obscure parts of the Constitution and interpreted them to their own liking to claim that
Trump's devolution was/is a certainty and that it was/is "imminent."
When many days, weeks and months went by and this didn't occur by any empirical standard, and I questioned them about
the reason for the delay if devolution was/is imminent, sheriff joe didn't answer it directly but coined a new term "Trump-time,"
as a reason meaning that when Trump and the military decided it was the appropriate time for devolution to occur,
it would occur suddenly and without warning!!
Then as time went by sbd, sheriff joe and company realized that people might be becoming skeptical of their changing predictions and
overall narrative made worse by the fact that there was not one piece of evidence to suggest that devolution was going to
occur!!
So what did they do??
Enter the idea that Trump is and has been the acting CIC since Inauguration Day and that the term "devolution" meant
only Trump and his private military would make it official by devolutioning him.
When questioned by me for actual proof that Trump is/has been the CIC right along and not Biden, and why it is that
that Biden has enacted all of the huge problems and terrible that they complain about every day and not Trump,
which is a 100% contradiction of terms, they have/had no DIRECT answer to account for this!!
The one that they decided to offer out of sheer desperation is that while Trump is and has been the CIC right along, he and his advisors
and the military is that before they step in and take over, the "people have to be shown first!!"
Thus the inference is that "compassionate" Trump and his military decided that it was in the best interest of them for millions of people
to continue to suffer with high food and gas prices, inflation and all of the zillion problems created by Biden before finally
stepping in, slamming the gavel down with a resounding "Enough is enough" and then with no warning tossing "impostor" Biden
out of the WHite House if not executing him on the spot!!
I could go on indefinitely, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, but those ae the main points myself and our team want to consider
objectively in deciding a verdict here without regard to your own personal opinion about Trump!!
