There's a growing number of left wing zealots out there who want to impeach Bush - I agree with them!

Bush has been a failure and a huge disappointment in this second term - like his father, he has proven that he's a rino and not a true blue Reagan Republican.

Let's get the liberal bastard out of the Oval Office so Cheney can take over and give us the conservative agenda that Bush has failed to deliver.

Cheney for President!

I would love to read the conversations on here if Cheney was president. Doc would have a blast coming up with some new nicknames.

Trade Bush and Cheney for Frist - Yuh! Right!

Frist is part of the Democrat leadership in the Senate - why would I want him?

Oh, I'll take Cheney any day! I love it! If the Democrats impeach Bush, and by the narrowest odds he is turfed from power, we get Cheney! Now that's what I call a no-lose situation!

BRING IT ON!!!!

Sorry, but poor performance in office is not an impeachable offense. Normally that's reserved for those who break the law like Nixon and Clinton.

Too bad we can't impeach him for lying about going to war in Iraq but the Pres is given broad powers when it comes to police actions. It's not hardly illegal to lie about why you want to go to war.

I would like to save tomorrow's casualties, I've always said that. But the way this administration has worked, it almost doesn't matter who comes behind him because they are saddled with W's legacy. I would just hope we can find a way out of the mess in Iraq without a whole lot more good men and women dying!

I wish it were. I guess there are people who think the Commander in Chief should have broad powers (including lying) without fear of retribution when it comes to war. Perhaps they feel that if the President had to worry about getting impeached for every act of going to war that the necessary wars would never get fought.

HOLD YOUR HORSES - Lets not all get carried away now. Bush has now made three good decisions ( well two if you count Rush's decision for Alito as GW's)

1. John Roberts - Looks like a winner!

2. Samuel Alito*

3. Tony Snow - Just might be the messiah! He just may end up running this country.

Trust me on this - The libs know Snow ain't no ordinary Joe!

Seems former Democrats make the best Republicans. :>Grin> Poor guy had his entire colon removed last year after being diagnosed with colon cancer.

No Scott McClelland alone, has to be good for at least 5 points in the approval ratings!

You're right Joe.
Ronnie Reagan was a Democrat before he converted to truth, justice and the American way, and so was I.

As Ronnie liked to say "I didn't leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me!"

Tony Snow On President Bush: 'An Embarrassment,' 'Impotent,' 'Doesn't Seem To Mean What He Says'

Fox News' Tony Snow is expected to be named White House Press Secretary. Here's some of what he's had to say about the President:

– Bush has "lost control of the federal budget and cannot resist the temptation to stop raiding the public fisc." (3/17/06)

– "George W. Bush and his colleagues have become not merely the custodians of the largest government in the history of humankind, but also exponents of its vigorous expansion." (3/17/06)

– "President Bush distilled the essence of his presidency in this year's State of the Union Address: brilliant foreign policy and listless domestic policy." (2/3/06)

Isn't the Republican party doing the same thing now? :icon_conf
