This is rubber room material. It's cluttering up the baseball forum.

Some dude who works on an oil rig and is a diehard braves fan loses 50 units after claiming to have 8 straight winning seasons (never ever ever proven), and decides to leave. This trash is cluttering the baseball forum.

choptalk,

I hate to see this post because I think you are making a huge mistake.Your problem is you tried to take on the weight of bucsfan loss to the baseball forum on your own shoulders and you made too many plays a day.

WHA?!!! Somebody help me here....did Bucsfan die?

He is Alive, but he is struggling as well. But he is on the plus side with about 300 plays so far. He is across the street at EOG.

The reason this is not in the Rubber Room is because between this thread an Chop's other thread it has about 5000 hits so far.

Too many post to respond to. I will just answer some of the questions on this one post.

Im giving up on the season for a very simple reason.

#1) Betting baseball is not my life. Could I possiably countinue the rest of the season and by the end of the year be up in money? ABSOLUTLY I can. But my reason for betting is very simple. I bet baseball to have fun and make money on the side. I have had no fun this season at all. Its been a chore. Why keep doing something that you dont enjoy. I had enough for one year. This is the only sport that I cap outside of about 12 to 15 Sunbelt Football and Basketball games a season so it will be a long break.

Its really sad some of the comments about people saying that Im some other poster posting 2 differnet sides of each game at 2 forums.

Its really sad that some call me a phoney. Its really sad that some people take me the wrong way. If you guys knew me personally you would change your mind about the kind of person that I am.

8 stright years of winning bases is 100% true. Believe it or dont believe. I dont care.

Some people are saying last season was a fluke after the way this season went. Well I assure everyone that this year was the fluke, not last season.

Anyway, have a good season everyone. I wish you well.

Got behind on this thread and cant respond to everyone.:103631605

Gyno, you never responded to ice man's post. I'm actually waiting/hoping for a response to that, because I'm interested to hear the results, and I'm too lazy to look it up.

Just curious but couldn't chop if he was worried about numbers just release 1 or 2 plays a day for 10 units each and hit 5 in a row and claim to be even if he was a self centered jerk! Numbers can give a false sense of security in different situations. They do not always tell the whole story. As I said in my threads I do not keep my records because all I need to do is select winners consistently and I get paid. My week clears out after Monday night but if I were just releasing plays for my ego then I could select any wild number for the units played regardless of if true or not and boost a high winning number if they were winners. If the truth were told I bet half the players bankroll will not allow them to play lines over 40 and thats why everyone keeps playing the run lines to reduce the line down and that hurt Chop's record also. BOL to you Chop!!

This is rather informal and I am very tired, but I have counted 176 Save Opportunities that did not end in saves so far this year. Francisco Cordero leads the way with only 3 saves in 10 save opportunities and Baez of the Dodgers is 2nd.

The same thing is said every season by guys losing money in baseball...

Guess what? Bullpens blow leads every year. It won't stop this season.

There is a lot more to handicapping than riding a starting pitcher and reading stats off Statfox.

Sharpest post I have read hear in a long while.

Best Post In Rx History

By your FAVORITE and MINE....PORKCHOPTALK

He states...."Its really sad that some call me a phoney. Its really sad that some people take me the wrong way. If you guys knew me personally you would change your mind about the kind of person that I am.

8 stright years of winning bases is 100% true. Believe it or dont believe. I dont care."

Let's break this down.....

Some say I am a phoney.....Well You are and numbnuts it is documented. You start your record over like 10 times a year a$$wipe...that says one is a phoney...ok....live with it.....I like to use the word FRAUD...but if you like PHONEY and it fits ya....use it...

If folks knew me personally, you would basically like me.......I mean...can we spraypaint this with more pathetic theme ...I mean is it possible...hahaaha....hey junior this is cyber world....no reason to take things to heart so much loser....i mean...can a boy get a blow up doll or what....hahahahhaha

And 8 years of winning.....just when we start to feel the level of sorriness you wish for...you come in with this....jr....you have never won....last year you hit 34% of your plays...come on...I know I know...your record was like 54%...but when you add them up and I did in that one post....you barely won 34%.....so stop lying and change to another one of your IDS...but the PORKCHOPTALK one is too far gone.....

But I say this has to be the funniest post ever for it really shows how pathetic some lives are like PORKCHOP....

Keep your spirits up...and one day you will stop getting your a$$ beat on the way to SHOP CLASS....

WOW !

This has turned into quite the thread!!

Cant understand why some just cant seem to let it up?

The guy says he surrenders, and thats that. This proves beyond the shadow of the doubt just how tuff "this" sport really is.

And people wonder why No one plays baseball, by this being the slowest of ALL times for the offshore world should tell you something.
Bookmakers are not in the habit of giveing nothing away period, and even the Best of the Very Best have a Tough time with baseball.

Its been that way forever, this is nothing new by far.

Bases, BY FAR , is the easiest sport to beat on a regular basis .......
