After all this bullshit a laptop gets stolen today, that is now 3 write ups in the past two days. I dont have 3 write ups in the past 3 yrs. But for some reason im responsable once again.

He can't possibly need the money. And doesn't he talk about revitalizing communities, inner-city, etc? Isn't that the purpose of Magic Theatres?

I have said the exact samething many times. Here is a guy who should be helping minorities, instead he is driving them to a legal loan shark.

Probably not. I would recommend taking your Vacation and sick days, and use them to search and apply for other jobs.

No point in resigning and then losing what would have been paid time off. Also, I wouldn't even worry about giving them a 2 week notice. Find a new job and work until the day before you are to start an new job and then tell them see you later.

All the time. It is theft after all. They will usually send out a demand letter and then the police will get involved.

How is it different if someone where to not pay charges on their credit card, isn't that theft then?

The three yrs i have been at rac i have never seen anyone get in bad trouble for not paying the bill. Most people finally break after weeks of us sitting at their house when they come home from work

I did once get a disordely conduct ticket when the police was called on me after my dist mgr said to not leave the house till i get money. Rac never paid that ticket for me.
