Hahaha Enfuego and JC getting OWNED in this "argument". In typical fashion though, they've staked their side in an argument and can't be pushed off it.
Pats you are dead on as you pretty much always are with all things NBA.
EF and JC agree on something...that's a dead giveaway right there that something is amiss.
It's a pretty good discussion. Sorry you came in at the end.
I haven't really staked my side in anything. Think BG is a good player and has improved a lot this year. Just think he's overrated. That's all.
To your credit...You admitted you are more of a college guy....so you prob see all the sportcenter highlights of griffin dunking and not doing much else. I agreed with you when this thread was made.....but his development has turned me completely around. maybe if he has a huge playoff run and on natl tv a little more your opinion might change....
Most likely you're right. I've watched three of his games this year. He as improved a lot in just one year.
Like I said in the beg of this thread - last year or year before (didnt even realize i had posted about this) - I said he was pretty good, young and improving. Looks like I was pretty accurate. Also - I still don't think he is overrated. Maybe because I dont constantly watch ESPN but most people who I talk basketball with all know exactly what his skill set is and isnt

Why is the scorn reserved for Justin, enfuego expressed similar sentiments and started the thread.
Griffin in year's past was an incomplete player but he's much more dangerous with a consistent mid range jumper now. Improved big time this season. Clippers' style is hurting them more than their personnel. Running teams generally don't fare well in the playoffs when they go up against the better NBA squads that play defense.
I don't know why any scorn is deserved on anyone. At the time I started this thread, BG wasn't as good as he is now. Guy has improved drastically and it makes not the LAC better but the NBA better. Good for him.
