I'd get rid of current Free Agency rules and go back to what was in place in the 70's and 80's. I HATE free agency in sports. When I was a kid players would play for the same team their entire career (unless the team traded or released them). I know there's "employment rules"...but to see Deion Sanders play for Dallas one season then the very next year playing for San Fran is a complete joke. That would have been like Terry Bradshaw playing for the Steelers then going to Dallas the next season (back in the 70's).

PI in foots should only be at the spot of the foul when a blatant PI has happened. Giving a team 50 yard penalty for incidental contact is bullshit.

To speed up baseball games all the umpire has to do is start calling strikes.

Overtime rule in Hockey

Should be 5 on 5, then 4 on 4, then 3 on 3.

Regular season, go to a shootout after that. Playoffs, keep playing till you have a winner.

Basketball timeouts should only be allowed during dead balls or after a made hoop. I hate when a guy is trapped and just says a word to get bailed out. They finally did away with the jumping out of bounds calling timeout, so lets end it all together.

100% agree - but before that I'd get rid of the fkng play-in games for the NCAA's ... top 64 teams are more than enough.
