I'm not saying I didn't say it. I'm saying it is a 100% fact that I did. And you are lying again.
Yea, I never had to lose weight before, so I went on Mens Fitness forum to set a goal and ask for some advice. Not really that big of a deal unless you are a weird obsessed freak with someone on the Internet.
just starting to read this thread.
Only way you lost 50 lbs in 2 months is if your starting weight was 440 instead of 240.
It is virtually humanly impossible to go from 240 to 190 in 60 days. And even if you did it it would be incredibly unhealthy and only 20% of that 50 pounds at most would be fat.
Frankly, I think the whole thread is hilarious. Sorry that you don't. If AKFilySteakFatBoy wasn't such a complete prick in here, arguably the biggest prick in the whole forum - then this thread would have died after a couple posts. But, there's a reason why it's 6+ pages in 2 hours.
Dude. You did not lose 50 in 2 months unless you weighed over 400 or you amputated one of your legs.
Did not happen.

No offense, but anyone who says it is impossible to go from 248 to 198 in 60 days has no clue what they are talking about. It is 100% possible. And yes, it is not advised by doctors to work out that much and eat that little. But it is possible and I didn't even take it to the extreme. Just for an example of it being possible, two years ago on the Biggest Loser, which all they do is lot of cardio and eat low calories...
Rachel went from 260 to 175 in about 60 days
Jay went from 297 to 201 in 60 days. That's almost 100 pounds in 60 days and that dude was old.
I 100% guarantee you that I lost 50 pounds in 60 days when I was younger. If I recall correctly I think I hit the under 200 the week before 60 days.
lol
i got proof!
I saw it happen on a reality tv show one time.
lol
Not proof at all. Just an example of it being done. And not only it being done, but someone losing twice as much in the same time period and coming up to the same weight. They don't do anything magical on those shows. It's just cardio and diet. It disproves your "impossible" statement. So we've established it is possible... whether you believe I did it or not I really don't care.
