I got this off Paul's Facebook - one of his cousins posted it - I think he got pulled over on his way back to his reservation after drinking all afternoon - hope he's OK

And Seymour, keep the Alco-Paul-ic pics coming.

Nothing funnier than reading your laughable political prediction from 2008 and 2012. Please don't pm your political predictions for 2016....they are mush gold

I'm not saying I didn't say it. I'm saying it is a 100% fact that I did. And you are lying again.

just starting to read this thread.
Only way you lost 50 lbs in 2 months is if your starting weight was 440 instead of 240.

It is virtually humanly impossible to go from 240 to 190 in 60 days. And even if you did it it would be incredibly unhealthy and only 20% of that 50 pounds at most would be fat.

Yea, I never had to lose weight before, so I went on Mens Fitness forum to set a goal and ask for some advice. Not really that big of a deal unless you are a weird obsessed freak with someone on the Internet.

Dude. You did not lose 50 in 2 months unless you weighed over 400 or you amputated one of your legs.
Did not happen.

Or unless you are Christian Bale prepping up for the Machinist

Frankly, I think the whole thread is hilarious. Sorry that you don't. If AKFilySteakFatBoy wasn't such a complete prick in here, arguably the biggest prick in the whole forum - then this thread would have died after a couple posts. But, there's a reason why it's 6+ pages in 2 hours.

This part is true.
Same reason deflate gate got way overblown.
People love any excuse to pile on people they hate.

Oh come on, man!

A guy who literally has no clue how to lose weight and resorts to asking anonymous strangers on the Internet how to lose weight can totally lose more than 6 pounds per week for 8 weeks!

Totally believable.

No offense, but anyone who says it is impossible to go from 248 to 198 in 60 days has no clue what they are talking about. It is 100% possible. And yes, it is not advised by doctors to work out that much and eat that little. But it is possible and I didn't even take it to the extreme. Just for an example of it being possible, two years ago on the Biggest Loser, which all they do is lot of cardio and eat low calories...

Rachel went from 260 to 175 in about 60 days
Jay went from 297 to 201 in 60 days. That's almost 100 pounds in 60 days and that dude was old.

I 100% guarantee you that I lost 50 pounds in 60 days when I was younger. If I recall correctly I think I hit the under 200 the week before 60 days.

You have to love that this idiot is comparing himself, who again, had no idea how to lose weight, to contestants on a show who have workout coaches and dietary advice.

Why, it is almost as if he is stupid or something.

Not proof at all. Just an example of it being done. And not only it being done, but someone losing twice as much in the same time period and coming up to the same weight. They don't do anything magical on those shows. It's just cardio and diet. It disproves your "impossible" statement. So we've established it is possible... whether you believe I did it or not I really don't care.

You do realize the body is only capable of oxidizing about 38 calories per pound of body fat per day?

Which basically means that even under the absolute best case scenario a 248 pound person can't lose more then about 22 pounds of fat in 60 days.
So if you did lose that much you ended up in worse shape then you started.

Peope call people like that "Skinny Fat".

And the word impossible is a very big word.

It may not be 100% impossible but you did not do it with the little knowledge you have on the subject.

And to bring up a reality show as proof is about as LMFAO as it gets.

ALL reality TV shows are bullshit!

All 100% of them are pure 100% Bullshit with no exceptions. NONE
