If the Bills the playoffs, are they the most overrated team of all-time?

Allen’s making throws that only 2 other QBs in the league have the possibility of making. He runs for over 70 yds. Converted many 3rd and 4th downs. His receivers catch the ball and it’s an all time great QB performance.
Nice hypothetical. Looking forward to seeing Josh play in the hypothetical super bowl.

The ball was about 70 yds in the air. It wasn’t thrown straight up the field. Burrow can not throw it that far standing.
Really splitting hairs here lol

Just the fact that it's an "all-time" great play is hilarious

I don't consider Burrow's throw an all-time great play even though it was literally a perfect pass and it actually got the team points

How did that 3rd down go on the final drive to actually win the game and not the hypothetical game?

Seemed he really wanted to give the ball back to chiefs by air or by land. Lol

Burrow has had much better receivers and running game than Allen
First part yes

Second part, hell no lol

Bengals been one of the worst rushing teams in the league last few years. Awful offensive line

I hope you're being sarcastic about that second part lol

I’m not splitting hairs. I’m just talking this game in the thread. In that one play, Burrow can’t throw it that far. This is why Allen could have had one of the all time great games. He was doing things that others couldn’t.

Just a weird definition of great

"This QB is capable of throwing the ball 5-10 yards further, therefore he is doing things that no one else can"

Kinda weak

Being a great QB isn't about just making 1-2 incredible throws a game, let alone having the ability to

Frankly Allen's problem big picture is he still struggles to make the right decision consistently. Mahomes is better at making the correct play

In the 4th quarter Cook carried the ball 4 times for negative yardage. It was all Allen.
Yeah and chiefs fumbled ball at 1 yard line into end zone. Who the fuck cares?!

The whole reason Buffalo went on a winning streak to end the year is because they decided to use Allen less lol , and lean more on other guys. Plus their defense was playing well

Mahomes 1/5 on 3rd downs. Barely had to try, that's how depleted the Bills D was and how wide open KC receivers were. Like playing catch in your backyard.

Ryan Tannehill probably would have gotten it done.

Yep. They had to minimize his turnovers.
The whole season they had to balance how much they could let him loose with out him turning over the ball.

I'll agree to that.

Allen has all the tools but his decision making just isnt all there

Allen was the best QB in the league according to PFF if you want to talk overall. Mahomes was way down the list. For just this game, lots of QBs could have filled in for Mahomes. No one was winning with Buffalo when receivers couldn’t catch the ball.

Why Brett Favre doesn't have 1 or 2 more super bowls to his name. Still an all time great but not mentioned in GOAT conversations because of the turnovers.

And Aaron Rodgers has more MVPS than Tom Brady. So what?
