It always matters. Teams change drastically from game one to game 40. Look at the GB Packers as a reference this year. Look at Ohio St. after they lost to VT at home. It always matters.

It goes both ways. What if Kentucky changed and are even better than when they played Kansas. Not sure what that matters in this context.

you really don't get the significance of when a game is played???

Not in this context. It was by far Kentucky's most hyped game other than Louisville. Probably the closest atmosphere you'll get to tourney time. And they showed up and dominated them. Not sure what that means as to how good they are now or what the significance is that the game was early in the season.

yea and Oregon was no match for Fla St according to you.. In actuality it was the other way around

I was wrong for sure about that. But Ohio St still showed what my concerns were for Oregon in the first place. Having a weak D'line. FSU was embarrassing, and fumbling 4 times in a quarter didn't help.

i also said Bama would kill Notre Dame by 20+ 3 years ago and people called me crazy and an idiot. You win some, you lose some.

why would anyone call you an idiot with Bama killing ND ?...Most of us thought that... What hurt the Ducks more then anything, is by the Ohio St game we had no skill people left to stretch the field....Not one WR could get any separation.

Not at all, most people called me crazy for that. Saying Notre Dame belonged and could beat Bama. The thread is around, I'll find it when I get to a comp.

Very possible but to say the timing of when games are played doesn't matter is just false. It matters in all sports.

You have KY - who is still beatable - and after that anyone can win - easily a 4-6 seed could make the final game

KY just takes advantage that top players have to wait one year after High School to sign with NBA; so, if you are a top player who wants to sign with NBA early; why not go to KY; where they openly develop players for NBA in one year; and then reload every year; amazed that there are no copycats..

One of the basketball players, Rashad McCants, had previously told ESPN he took nothing but paper classes in the spring 2005 semester. His transcript showed he was in three independent studies plus one lecture class that had no instruction. He received straight A-minuses, making the dean’s list

Reason for leaving College early was playing skills not academic :bitch:

After reading all pages here it sounds like Kentucky would make NBA Playoffs. Old fashion game plan will be their end no-one can stay with their NBA All-Star style play........ Wisconsin maybe but not if they play as they did tonight against Maryland

Seth Greenburg just picked Gonzaga to win the title on ESPN

I almost posted that Seth Greenburg has predicted Gonzaga will win the title (or at least make the final four) in something like 13 out of 15 years

then I remembered that's Seth Davis

many of us thought Bama would crush ND, it was one of the easiest calls of the year. Yet none of us gave 20 points for an even money bet. Anyone who thinks they were on some pillar and mocked for that call is delusional.

when I make a special line bet, I do so to rake extra winnings

You can't run with Kentucky you need to play a Villanova style game

that should read you need to play like UConn does, the Wildcats nemesis in the dance

BTW: "if", and only if these bets are post up bets, the Zag backers will have a huge middle opportunity. One of the biggest ever excluding maybe a few women's games
