This so easy is comical. Most overweight people do not move. You need to burn calories and take your lazy self to the limit. Start slow, drink water, eat healthy, and get your butt off the couch. You need to increase metabolism and that only comes with doing more activity than the body is used to. I know it might seem hard but if you can stay on a regimen, which are easily found on the net, you do not need a pill. Everyone looking for the easy fix. Easy is why you are fat.

I wish you the best, my best fix is to do an activity that is competitive. Tennis, racquetball, hoops or what ever. Always do something with someone else as it will make you push harder than if doing it your self.

Happy weight loss.

you do not need diet drugs

I have said this about 20 times how to do it , its all in the MEAL portion you eat ..for exampl a mcdonalds happy meal is MORE then one serving for an adult but they want adults to eat the extra large bigmacmeals with large fries you have to retrain your brain to EAT LESS

eat SMALL meals ( ENOUGH food to only fit on a coffee cup saucer plate)

exercise 30 mins a day 4 times a week..

I tried a version of the atkins for giggles and shits for about a month and the weight just dropped off.

Plain yogurt(i mean plain/not vanilla) with fresh blueberries/blackberries for breakfast. Some fresh fruit mixed in throughout the morning.

Eggs/cheeses/dried meats/chicken/veggies for lunch.

Steamed veggies and meats for dinner.

Worked wonders!

I'm eating a more regular diet now with some sugars and the weight seems to be coming back. Carb control and sugar control could curb that though.

I can barely fit into my size 42 pants. I'm almost at 300 lbs and I'm only 25. :ohno: Anybody know of any good diets or pills. Pills would be good since I don't like doing work like excercising. :nono5: But if I have to then I will. :ohno: I think I need to cut down on my coke drinking. I drink about 3-4 liters daily. :drink:

Back on my health journey myself. Need to get back down to "playing weight". Got around 40 pounds to go but with the focus to do the daily grind I can easily and healthily knock it off in 3 months.

Feign ADD and get an Rx for adderall or vyvanse. Adderall preferably as it is a stronger centrally active stimulant. You'll have more energy than you've ever had and motivation to exercise additionally it's a big time appetite suppressant so hunger levels will be waaay down.

Gotta get off the cokes man. They're poison. Like 3 years ago, when my wife was pregnant with our 1st daughter I was drinking 5-8 dr peppers a day and I ballooned from 6'1"/185-190 to 210-220 and it happened like overnight. I cut the soda out and it melted away almost as quickly.

This guy hasn't been active in 3 years here but it is obvious he is just flat out lazy. This sums it up "Pills would be good since I don't like excercising" Him and hundreds of thousands everywhere probably look at muscular people and think they just take a few pills and injections here and there and that is why they look the way they do.

I wish this was a recent post. I would like to see his weight in 30, 60, and 90 days if he just walked for 15, 30, and gradually building up from there, cut out the coke, and just ate oatmeal, chicken breast, and veggies. Have a feeling the weight would drop quick. If energy is a problem, there is always 5 hour energy or ER Adderall.
