While I agree...BUT, if it is 100% up to the players, why have managers?

Just like this last baseball season, your picks sucked and you capped a bunch of games wrong but all you kept saying was how cursed you were.. I will admit at first that is what I originally perceived because I wasn't used to losing. But I quickly came to grips with the fact that I am just not a very good baseball handicapper.. That is something that you never admitted too.
