In that example, yeah, there is Urgency that causes Arousal of The Existential Dick but I maintain that we can coax that to become Erect at times other than just when Crisis is present. That Urgent need to take action to Rescue Life at a Crisis Point is like a Penis Pump to The Existential Dick, yes but the question is whether we can make it hard and keep it hard and then, Chiefly:

World Hunger is perhaps the best example of that, We make enough food on this planet to feed everyone. No Children have to be hungry, to live with out enough to eat.
