According to MJ logic

LeBron is better off losing this series than going to the finals and losing to the Celtics/Heat

We (Celtics) want him in the finals so we can beat him again like we did early in his career.

I know you're a fan, Avo, but most of us hate the guy.

I respect everyone's opinion as far as liking/not liking a player

It's only shitty when people deny his greatness. You can hate the guy more than anyone in the world, but it's undeniable how incredible his career has been.

One of the all-time greats, indisputable.

Come on AV. They simply hate him over his politics.

I think Jordan was the better player with the better career and frankly I don't think it's all that close. Lebron is the better human.

Yeah and that's fine I guess re: politcs. It's silly IMO but whatever

It's just weird to see guys nitpick his game when, even if you think MJ is the GOAT, we have never seen a guy be so good this late in his career.

That's more in other threads though. That one dude arguing that AD played well last night and LeBron was solely responsible for the loss

"It's not AD's team though" lol fuckin Skip Bayless level shit right there

You nitpick the Celtics.
We nitpick him.
Jordan was the man.
LeBron does nothing for me.

Race baiting is not politics, it's race baiting.

A good man does not blame everything on race. A good man does not tell a police officer "you're next". That's race baiting, his first instinct

Lebron has had the advantage of improvement in sports medicine along with legal and or illegal HGH. So would Jordan have had a longer prime if he was playing now, perhaps. We are seeing athletes in all sports staying around peak moving into their mid and late thirties. Or at least not the steep/fall off cliff decline as we use too....

I have LeBron arguably the 2nd greatest ever. I don't hold his final losses against him at all. If he was 7 of 18 or 8 of 20 that's a plus. Its simply that he has "only" won 4 and 2 of those were skin of your teeth wins and a 3rd was a year that was skin of your teeth of being canceled.

If he wins this year with this group and all the shit the whole season that would definitely move him closer to Jordan argument in my mind.

Edit: Skip Bayless is a cartoon. Nitpicks LeBron but loves Joel Embiid. Does anything else need to be said? Haha

Remember "Vince Young will win super bowls! Plural!" And all "Tebow does is win!" And if he had to chose 1 qb to win a game it would be Tebow.

Great talent but whines way too much….

Agree and think his best is behind us and him..

Didn't watch game but do notice what ky1212 says is true when I do watch... LeBron does have lapses on getting involved on Defensive end... I'll need to look at his playing time but pretty sure if he plays 30 plus minutes his game or anyones at his age shows later... Jovic is best player in game today. Period!

Of course his best is behind him…..he’s in YEAR 20!

The fact that he’s still an elite player is incredible

It's tough to like Brick. The only thing he's the GOAT at is flopping. There are way too many times that he doesn't get back on defense. He whines to the refs. Then he choked in the 2011 finals. It's not so much that he choked, he didn't want the ball in the 4th. In one of the finals with SA they were able to get into LaBron's head. SA didn't cover him free throw line out and Brick couldn't make a shot. He has a different mentality than Jordan, Kobe, Bird and the other greats.

Impressive run by them considering many like myself didn't even think they would qualify for play-offs. With that said, this is embarrassing how they will go out. They ran into a hungry veteran team and are getting smoked.
