I have a question about a 5dimes wager they cancelled.

Unless it's changed there is no way for the mod staff to know if Choptalk edited his post or not. If a poster does that within the 5 minute or so time frame that you can do it, that is not going to show up. Only way a mod can prove anything here is with a ticket number. As for JMan I am not positive about his situation but I believe he got caught deleting losing plays, that's a lot different than this. Actions like that from the mod staff are traceable, a poster editing his own post in the alloted time is not. Correct me if I'm wrong Wil, it might be different now.

If the edit is made immediately it won't show up as an edit. There's a time period. I'm not positive on how it's done here, but that's my guess.

Well Doug did not even read the post until 1 min after I made the post because he asked me to see the ticket which I already posted.

That leaves me 1 min, to edit the post and make 2 more post.


Also, a ton of people were reading this thread during that time.

Maybe he's doing some multiple account bonus whoring, and this particular bet was done in his mother's / wife's / girlfriend's account, which would look rather funny when Wilheim tracked the ticket.

Not saying he is, but that would be one reason why he might not want Wil to verify the amount of the wager.
