Guys, carminethewop is this poster named Schiff. He was banned couple months ago for making nonstop racist comments towards me. Why they continue letting him post is beyond me. But he's been around this site with multiple names for years. Just a real life nut job, even admitted to being in prison before. Mantis, it's one thing to be raised in the Palestinian territories and be fed a bogus story of how your land was stolen and you're living under occupation, and that the Jews are sons of pigs and monkeys who want you dead. What you Israel bashing Assholes don't get is that the ONLY CHANCE of sparing innocent lives is the complete disarming of Hamas. Your moral compass spins in circles to say there are two sides to blame in a conflict when one of them values human life and the other repeatedly and publicly states not only their desire to murder civilians on the Israeli side, but their eagerness to kill their own children in the process.
And that's why more Palestinians than Israelis die. I also posted:

Im simply stating the other point of view...........as being an anti semite, that is horseshit. I have stated that some of my best friends are Jewish, and we have had a great friendship for over 40 years. People accuse others of all kinds of crap when they dont even know them. There has been "relentless" criticism of palestinians in these threads............apparently no one wants to hear the opposing view. Hamas was democratically elected by the people of Gaza, as we called for a free election. I dont condone what they are doing for one minute, but they have very legitimate gripes about the way palestinians are treated in Gaza.......mainly the blockade that has choked the life out of 1.7 million people. Are they going about it in the right way to protest their gripes? I think they can find better alternatives, yes. But remember the ceasefire of 3 years ago in Gaza, when the world promised them that the illegal blockade will be looked into..........turned out to be empty promises. I'm all for Israel"s right to exist, and I'm all for us protecting Israel, I have no problem with that. But you cant do that by stepping on the throats of several million palestinians who are living in despicable conditions. I have always been very civil in stating my view...........unlike some here that turn to personal attacks. This is a political forum, where both sides are debated on any issue.........apparently, there are people that dont even want to hear an opposing view if it does not agree with their line of thinking.
Again reversing cause and effect. Israel left Gaza with infrastructure intact and American Jews donated 14 million to the Gazans. They tore down the greenhouses and then cried they couldn't grow food. There was no blockade from 2005 to 2007. Ceded land t the Arabs, the ripping out of hundreds of Jewish families from 20+ year homes, was rewarded with terror. Meanwhile it didn't stop hamas from building sophisticated tunnels underground fr the purpose of attacking Jews. Instead of building the institutions of a functioning society. Who shit on the Palestinians in Gaza? Who chokes them? Hamas!

It's amazing how quickly people forget. In 2010 Israel lifted the blockade of Gaza for a whole host of items, including food, medicine and construction materials. Hamas quickly used the concrete to expand its network of tunnels, choosing terrorism over building home, hospitals and institutions of a normal functioning society.

Incidentally, 2010 marked a low point in Gaza rocket attacks on Israel. After partially lifting its blockade in 2010 Israel was rewarded with more and more rocket attacks each year.

It would be totally insane for Israel to open the blockade and allow bigger, more accurate rockets in higher quantities.
When Israel pulled out in 2005, Jews pooled their money ($14 million) and bought the greenhouses the settlers had been using - they donated all the greenhouses, equipment and supplies to the residents of Gaza. Left every public building intact.
The greenhouses were promptly looted and destroyed by the Arabs, who then complained they had no way to grow food. Anything given to them they put into terrorism. Anything anyone else has, they try to destroy. Their stated objective is to destroy Israel!
Maybe the Arabs in Gaza should have put more cement into building their infrastructure since 2005 and less into building death tunnels to kill Israelis. Hamas seems to have plenty of supplies, generators and pipe to construct tunnels to attempt to murder Israelis and smuggle God knows what.
Maybe they should reset their priorities because......
Teaching their children to hate and kill is not a formula for peace. The Arabs in Gaza have made their own Hell.
They have two choices. They can continue to stew in it ...... or ....... Recognize Israel, demilitarize, stop sending missiles into Israel and guess what - Israel stops bombing Gaza and in a short time there would be an economic boom in the area.
