The UN, born out of the League of Nations, formed to prevent another Holocaust.
Now openly campaigning for another Holocaust.
And the main $pon$or of the UN is The United States.
Let It Crumble.......

If you want the UN to crumble, you're going to need citizen politicians who make Ted Cruz sound like a socialist.

Now Ted Cruz Has To Sign Up For Obamacare

4:53 PM 03/24/2015
Sarah Hurtubise
Famously anti-Obamacare Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is now signing up for health insurance on an Obamacare exchange, he confirmed Tuesday.
“We will presumably go on the exchange and sign up for health care and we’re in the process of transitioning over to do that,” Cruz told the Des Moines Register.
Cruz, a vociferous opponent of Obamacare, led a filibuster against funding the health care law in 2013. He’s avoided buying insurance on his Obamacare exchange, as most members of Congress must, because he and his family had insurance through his wife’s employer, Goldman Sachs.
Obamacare required members of Congress to give up their government health plans and purchase insurance on Obamacare exchanges. Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley inserted the requirement into the law so that the politicians who passed the law would “have to go through the same red tape as every other citizen,” he told Roll Call.
Because Cruz wasn’t covered by the federal health plan in the first place, he didn’t have to join in. But since Heidi Cruz is taking unpaid leave from her position at Goldman Sachs for the duration of her husband’s presidential campaign, her coverage has been cut off. Now Cruz is stepping up to join HealthCare.gov like others in Congress.
When asked by the Register asked whether his staunch opposition to the health care law made it frustrating to sign up, Cruz simply said Congress shouldn’t get special treatment.
“Well, it is written in the law that members will be on the exchanges without subsidies just like millions of Americans so that’s — I think the same rules should apply to all of us. Members of Congress should not be exempt.”
He remains, however, one of Obamacare’s biggest critics, reiterating his support for repealing the law entirely.
“I believe it will be. I believe in 2017 a new president, a Republican president will sign legislation repealing every word of it. There are a fair number of Republicans in Washington and elsewhere who have quietly and privatively (sic) given up on that fight and I have not,” he concluded.
Cruz also pledged his commitment to repealing Obamacare in his Monday speech announcing his 2016 campaign.
Meanwhile, Senate Democrats have already applauded the news that an Obamacare opponent has been forced to participate.

Ted Cruz Just Signed Up For Obamacare, Sees Absolutely No Irony Or Hypocrisy (Video)
http://www.thenewcivilrightsmovemen...y_now_that_he_s_signed_up_for_obamacare_video

In a stunning display of hubris and hypocrisy, Senator Ted Cruz has just chosen to sign up for Obamacare because his wife lost her health insurance.
Change the conversation, change the world
Share this
Senator Ted Cruz on Monday announced his bid for the White House, in part by telling students at Liberty University, "Imagine in 2017, a new president signing legislation repealing every word of Obamacare."
If successful, that "new president" will be Ted Cruz, and the moment he signs that bill into law, he and his family will have zero health care insurance.
The Tea Party Republican – just 24 hours after once again calling for the repeal of the President's health care plan that has delivered affordable health care to literally millions of Americans, and extended the age students, like those at Liberty, can be under their parents' plan – confessed to CNN's Dana Bash this afternoon he just signed up for Obamacare.

"We'll be getting new health insurance and we'll presumably do it through my job with the Senate, and so we'll be on the federal exchange with millions of others on the federal exchange," Cruz said.
He called it "transitioning." he did not call it "Obamacare," but "the federal exchange."
Why?
Cruz's wife, Heidi Cruz, a managing director at Goldman Sachs' Houston office, is taking an unpaid leave of absence from her job, presumably to avoid any appearance of impropriety. The Cruz family has been getting its health care insurance from Mrs. Cruz's employer, but now they are no longer eligible while she is on leave.
So Senator Cruz signed up for Obamacare, and sees absolutely no hypocrisy, or even irony, with taking that action.
Cruz, it should be noted, has every right to buy health care insurance privately, like many Americans do, but chose to sign up for Obamacare and to accept the federal government subsidy that he is entitled to as a sitting U.S. Senator.

"I believe we should follow the text of every law, even (a) law I disagree with," Cruz told CNN. "It's one of the real differences -- if you look at President Obama and the lawlessness, if he disagrees with a law he simply refuses to follow it or claims the authority to unilaterally change."
CNN's Dana Bash was shocked and looked incredulous several times, as she asked, "That means you are going to take a government subsidy?," and noted, "the irony is kind of unbelievable."

[h=1]Presidential hopeful Ben Carson thinks Obama is a 'psychopath' and America is like Nazi Germany[/h] By Colin Campbell 8 hours ago

(Reuters/Earnie Grafton)Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson. A new profile of Ben Carson in GQ magazine quotes the presidential hopeful making some more controversial claims.

The lengthy piece begins with Carson, a retired neurosurgeon and conservative favorite, reacting to President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech. One of Carson's advisers said Obama looked good and Carson responded by calling the president a "psychopath."
"Like most psychopaths," Carson said. "That's why they're successful. That's the way they look. They all look great."
Carson is no stranger to controversial statements. Earlier his month, the bestselling book author drew national headlines after he said men who come out as gay in prison prove homosexuality is a choice. And last year, Carson repeatedly compared the US to Nazi Germany.
"I mean, [our society is] very much like Nazi Germany," he said in one interview, according to Talking Points Memo. "And I know you're not supposed to say 'Nazi Germany,' but I don't care about political correctness. You know, you had a government using its tools to intimidate the population. We now live in a society where people are afraid to say what they actually believe."
He repeated this position in the GQ profile — even while visiting Israel's Holocaust museum.
"On several occasions, I tried to get Carson to concede that his analogy likening the U.S. to Nazi Germany was out of line," GQ's Jason Zengerle wrote. "Our longest discussion about the matter came in Jerusalem, in the cafeteria of the Holocaust museum at Yad Vashem. We'd spent the previous ninety minutes touring the museum, followed by Carson entering Yad Vashem's Hall of Remembrance and, black kippah atop his head, laying a wreath. ... Given all this, I asked Carson, did it make him reconsider his analogy?"
Carson again didn't budge.
"Not at all," he said. "It makes [the Nazi comparison] even stronger."
Also during his trip to Israel, Carson reportedly compared Syrian civil war to the racially charged riots in Ferguson, Missouri, that erupted last year. Carson visited the Golan Heights, disputed territory under Israeli control, and an Israeli soldier told him the Islamist fighters are from Morocco and Europe instead of Syria. Carson said the US had the same problem of outside "troublemakers" stirring up violence.
"It's just like the troublemakers in Ferguson," Carson replied.

[h=1]Molotov Cocktail Thrown at Pro-Life Activists Outside Austin Planned Parenthood[/h] 2494

AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department arrested a woman last night after a “Molotov cocktail” was thrown at pro-life activists praying outside of an Austin Planned Parenthood abortion facility. A Molotov cocktail is a type of homemade incendiary device usually incorporating gasoline, a breakable glass bottle, and a wick that is lit before the device is thrown.
According to a report by LifeNews.com, volunteers with the pro-life groups Central Texas Coalition for Life and 40 Days for Life were praying outside the abortion facility in South Austin when the woman drove up and threw the Molotov cocktail at them. Fortunately, one of the volunteers quickly stomped out the flames and no one was injured. The volunteers wrote down the woman’s license plate and reported it to the police.

According to a report by KXAN Austin, the Planned Parenthood clinic involved is on East Ben White Boulevard near South Congress. Planned Parenthood told KXAN none of their staff and patients were injured or affected by the incident.
Breitbart Texas contacted the Austin Police Department, and their public information officer confirmed that they did receive a call and a woman was arrested at an Austin Planned Parenthood. They were unable to release any specifics about what she threw; their report “just said that something was on fire in the call.”
The case has not been assigned to a detective yet, according to the Austin Police Department. It has not been determined whether they will handle the case or give it to another agency. There may possibly be federal issues involved.
The Central Texas Coalition for Life members told LifeNews.com that they were grateful no one was hurt and would be praying for the woman.
“We know that many women are hurting from past abortion experiences,” said Executive Director Heather Gardner. “One of the ways people sometimes lash out is through anger and violence. We pray for this woman and pray for healing in her heart if she is hurting from a past abortion.”
“We are so thankful that none of our courageous volunteers were injured during the incident,” said Gardner. “Because of their quick actions, the woman responsible was apprehended and will be held accountable.”
Board President Abby Johnson added, “In the culture of death perpetrated by abortion supporters, it is no surprise that they would respond to our pro-life efforts in this violent way. We must remember that this type of incident is very rare and it will in no way deter us from offering real options to women walking into abortion facilities. We are here to promote peace in and out of the womb, something abortion supporters do not understand.”

Video: Cornell dean says Islamic State welcome on campus

March 24, 2015 11:11 pm By Robert Spencer 38 Comments
Why not? The Islamic State’s point of view has far more representation on college campuses in America today than does the point of view of those who believe in human rights and free inquiry.
“Cornell dean says ISIS welcome on campus in undercover video,” by Carl Campanile, New York Post, March 24, 2015 (thanks to Anne Crockett):
This guy is either the dumbest Ivy League bigwig ever or politically correct to a fault — for welcoming offers to bring ISIS and Hamas to Cornell University.
A video sting operation shows Cornell’s assistant dean for students, Joseph Scaffido, agreeing to everything suggested by an undercover muckraker posing as a Moroccan student.
Scaffido casually endorses inviting an ISIS “freedom fighter’’ to conduct a “training camp” for students at the upstate Ithaca campus — bizarrely likening the activity to a sports camp.
Is it OK to bring a humanitarian pro-“Islamic State Iraq and Syria” group on campus, the undercover for conservative activist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas asks.
Sure, Scaffido says in the recorded March 16 meeting.
Scaffido doesn’t even blink an eye when the undercover asks about providing material support for terrorists — “care packages, whether it be food, water, electronics.”
How about supporting Hamas?
No problem at all, Scaffido said.
“The university is not going to look at different groups and say, ‘You’re not allowed to support that group because we don’t believe them’ or something like that. I think it’s just the opposite. I think the university wants the entire community to understand what’s going on in all parts of the world,” Scaffido said….

[h=1]Yes, Ted Cruz is a hypocrite for going on Obamacare[/h] By James Downie March 25 at 2:03 PM
imrs.php

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) (Victor J. Blue/Bloomberg)
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.), who announced his run for president on Monday, had a mixed bag of second-day campaigning. On the one hand, he raised $1 million. On the other hand, the right’s champion of “no compromise” assault on Obamacare and much of the rest of the federal government admitted that, yes, he would be going on Obamacare.
With Cruz’s wife, Heidi, stepping away temporarily from her job at Goldman Sachs, the Cruz family has to get its insurance somewhere, and the Texas senator has decided that “somewhere” is HealthCare.gov. Thanks to a Republican amendment to the law, the federal government can only offer members of Congress and their staffs insurance that requires going through Obamacare exchanges. Cruz will, however, reject the 75 percent employer contribution that the federal government decided to continue offering to all members and their staffs.
Liberals quickly lobbed accusations of hypocrisy. Conservatives argued back that Cruz is just following the law, like a man who pays income tax even though he believes it is unconstitutional or who follows gun control laws that he doesn’t support.
But this isn’t a case of following the law or not. The law does not require Cruz to get health insurance on the exchanges. Instead of going through the exchanges, he could have paid the tax penalty for not having insurance, “likely cheaper than buying an insurance plan,” but at the cost of being uninsured. Or his wife could have applied to COBRA and extended her benefits from Goldman Sachs for up to 18 months, though she would have to pay all of the premium. Or he could bypass the exchanges and buy insurance directly from a private insurer. Sure, he’d have to spend time navigating the market himself, but I’m sure the Princeton graduate can figure it out.

Each of these options would cost Cruz time, money or both. But several Republican representatives already have purchased insurance without going through the exchanges, so it is clearly possible. Yes, Cruz would have to purchase a plan that meets minimum standards established under Obamacare, but anyone who thinks that someone with his resources would otherwise buy a plan with excessive co-pays or skimpy coverage is fooling themselves. And Cruz is rejecting the government’s employer contribution, even though he is entitled to it as a member of Congress. That is thousands of dollars a year, and accepting it would still be following the law. So Cruz clearly has already made the decision to spend lots of money to make a symbolic stand. Why not follow through on that and avoid the Obamacare exchanges?
Cruz is not just anyone. He wants us to vote for him for president. He has consistently demanded that his Republican colleagues never compromise. He not only thinks that Obamacare, which he says puts the government “between you and your doctor,” is a bad policy; he thinks that it is such an existential threat to the United States and its health-care system that it was worth shutting down the government in an attempt to undermine the law. But suddenly the law and the health system it created is not scary enough for his family? If Cruz really wants to run as the candidate of righteous convictions, he’ll have to do a better job of following his own.
