Allen West: Impeaching Obama Should ‘Absolutely’ Be on the Table

Former Florida Congressman Allen West (R) said he “absolutely” agrees that all options — including impeachment — should be up for consideration for President Barack Obama.
West, who lost his bid for re-election in November, told Florida blog The Shark Tank that he agrees with a previous statement from a Republican lawmaker that “all options should be on the table.”
West was referring to Obama’s actions during the deadly Benghazi assault in September, and suggested that President Richard Nixon resigned for a lot less.
“We did something that is the most heinous thing that can ever happen, we abandoned Americans while they were under attack, you know that’s right up there to ask someone, maybe you should not be the president. Guess what, Richard Nixon stepped down over breaking and entering,” West said.
Last month, Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, called Benghazi the “most egregious coverup in American history” and said “we may be starting to use the I-word before too long.” Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) has made the suggestion as well. In January, Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas) brought up impeachment if Obama tried to muscle through new gun control legislation.
Republican strategist Karl Rove warned the GOP last week not to start with the impeachment talk, saying congressional Republicans should remain focused on investigating the multiple scandals hovering over the White House.

Lmao...only wackos paying attention to this loon anymore. Didnt he just get booted out of office the old fashioned way?

[h=1]Leftist Groups Enjoy IRS Tax-Exempt Status While Tea Party Suffers[/h] Campaign finance zealots and free speech regulators have sought to stifle the freedom of conservative organizations, such as the Tea Party, by falsely claiming they are “political” while giving a pass to leftist groups that still enjoy unimpaired 501(c) IRS tax status. As the IRS attacked Tea Party groups, it left hundreds of leftist activist groups alone. A quick review of just eight of those leftist, tax-exempt activist groups demonstrates the IRS's hypocrisy.

All of them do it...in fact read the article you posted....it says republican convicted also. His cell mate is republican john perzel who is a republican charged with same thing. More Democrat voter fraud.

[h=1]Congressman denies involvement in staffer's alleged vote fraud attempt[/h]Posted by
CNN's Gregory Wallace Updated Saturday 6/1 6:53 p.m. ET
(CNN) - U.S. Rep. Joe Garcia said Saturday he was saddened and disappointed by absentee ballot fraud allegations leveled against his former chief of staff.
The congressman said at a press conference he asked for the staffer's resignation and called for fixes to the "flawed voter absentee process" which left the system vulnerable.

Garcia said he demanded the resignation of chief of staff Jeffrey Garcia (no relation, according to local media reports), then fired him shortly after learning of the allegations Friday afternoon.
No fraudulent ballots were cast as a result of this alleged plot, the congressman said.
"I've asked an attorney to investigate what went on and interview the people. I have asked all of my staff to fully cooperate with any investigation," he said. "Here's the good part about this - from my conversations thus far, no ballots were tampered with, no ballots were touched.
"I believe that while this was an ill-conceived effort," he continued, "it was meant to expand voter access."
Jeffrey Garcia told CNN on Saturday he had no comment on the matter.
The Miami Herald, which first reported the story, said investigators were looking into absentee ballot requests flagged by elections software as fraudulent. An investigation conducted by the paper found more than 2,500 fraudulent ballot requests during the congressional primary last year, although it was not clear how many were allegedly tied to Garcia.
"We were angry and tremendously bothered by this," the congressman said at the press conference. "I can't tell you the disappointment we feel about how this happens … there can be zero tolerance for anything like this."
The Herald reported law enforcement recently searched at least three homes, including two of Garcia's former staffers.
One was the congressman's communications director, Giancarlo Sopo, the paper reported. CNN's attempts to contact him on Saturday were unsuccessful.
Garcia said Sopo denied involvement and added "I take him at his word." But Garcia said he would likely temporarily reassign Sopo or put him on administrative leave.
Neither the state attorney's office for Miami-Dade County nor the state elections office returned calls on Saturday from CNN.
Garcia emphasized that the system for requesting absentee ballots "is prone to fraud," especially in that county, but he did not explain if he thought that diluted the severity of the charges against his former chief of staff.

[h=1]Liar' Replaces 'Leaker': Donilon to Resign, Rice to Take Over as NSA Advisor[/h] National Security Advisor Tom Donilon, who is widely suspected of being the source of critical leaks from the White House, is resigning and will be replaced by UN Ambassador Susan Rice, who played a key role in misleading the American public about the Benghazi terror attack in Sep. 2012. The NSA post does not require Senate confirmation; Rice withdrew her candidacy as Secretary of State due to the difficulty of confirmation.

According to a breaking report from the UK Guardian, Barack Obama’s National Security Agency has been collecting phone records of millions of domestic customers of Verizon under a court order obtained in April. The order requires Verizon to turn over phone records on an “ongoing, daily basis” to the NSA, both within the US and between the US and international sources.

[h=2]On Thursday, Wall Street Journal writer Kimberley A. Strassel cataloged a series of 2010 statements by President Barack Obama and his surrogates at the time the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued its first “Be On The Lookout” (BOLO) list for conservative groups in August 2010.[/h]Strassel notes that on August 9, 2010, Obama blasted Americans for Prosperity, a group founded by the Koch Brothers: "Right now all around this country there are groups with harmless-sounding names like Americans for Prosperity, who are running millions of dollars of ads... And they don't have to say who exactly the Americans for Prosperity are. You don't know if it's a foreign-controlled corporation," warned Obama.
On August 21, 2010, Obama repeated the attack on “shadowy groups with harmless-sounding names,” saying, “You don’t know if it’s a foreign-controlled corporation... The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.”

In September 2010, Obama continued to pound on conservative tax-exempt groups, repeating the talking points at several events. Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod and Democratic Senator Max Baucus repeated the anti-Koch talking points as well.
Meanwhile, notes Strassel, the Democratic Party followed up with fundraising on the theme and filed an IRS complaint against the Americans for Prosperity Foundation, alleging it had violated its tax-exempt status.
In October 2010, Obama ramped up the wattage and declared that conservative tax-exempt groups represented a “threat to our democracy.”
Strassel’s presentation of the coordinated 2010 Obama attacks against conservatives makes it clear that the context in which the IRS targeting that began that year was one surrounded by bombastic rhetoric fomented by Obama and his campaign apparatus.
“Yet we are to believe that a few rogue IRS employees just happened during that time to begin systematically targeting conservative groups?” writes Strassel. “A mere coincidence that among the things the IRS demanded of these groups were ‘copies of any contracts with and training materials provided by Americans for Prosperity?’”
