For REAL!!
Top Ten Only in America - By a Canadian

1) Only in America could politicians talk about the greed of the rich at a
$35,000 a plate campaign fund-raising event.

2) Only in America could people claim that the government still
discriminates against black Americans when they have a black President, a
black Attorney General, and roughly 18% of the federal workforce is black
while only 12% of the population is black.

3) Only in America could they have had the two people most responsible for
their tax code, Timothy Geithner, the head of the Treasury Department and
Charles Rangel who once ran the Ways and Means Committee, BOTH turn out to
be tax cheats who are in favor of higher taxes.

4) Only in America can they have terrorists kill people in the name of
Allah and have the media primarily react by fretting that Muslims might be
harmed by the backlash.

5) Only in America would they make people who want to legally become
American citizens wait for years in their home countries and pay tens of
thousands of dollars for the privilege while they discuss letting anyone who
sneaks into the country illegally just magically become American
citizens.

6) Only in America could the people who believe in balancing the budget and
sticking by the countrys Constitution be thought of as extremists.

7) Only in America could you need to present a drivers license to cash a
check or buy alcohol, but not to vote.

8) Only in America could people demand the government investigate whether
oil companies are gouging the public because the price of gas went up when
the return on equity invested in a major U.S. Oil company (Marathon Oil) is
less than half of a company making tennis shoes (Nike).

9) Only in America could the government collect more tax dollars from the
people than any nation in recorded history, still spend a trillion dollars
more than it has per year for total spending of $7 million PER MINUTE, and
complain that it doesnt have nearly enough money.

10) Only in America could the most productive people who pay 86% of all
income taxes be accused of not paying their fair share by people who
dont pay any income taxes at all.

[ Flaming leftist ass-clown Ted Turner speaks... ]

[h=1]Ted Turner: Military suicides outnumbering combat deaths is 'good'[/h] Published October 25, 2012
FoxNews.com

CNN founder Ted Turner, in arguing for a greater role for the United Nations as the world's policeman and condemning U.S. military spending, said recently that rise in military suicides in relation to combat deaths is a "good" development.
Turner made the comments in an appearance on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight." The interview aired Oct. 19, but the comment about military suicides was highlighted Thursday by Brietbart.com.
From the transcript of the interview:

TURNER: I think the global policeman should be the United Nations. And I don't think we should need one. I think we should use courts the way we do in civilian life. It's time to put war and conflict behind us and move on, and start acting like civilized, educated human beings.
MORGAN: You made the point to me in the break there, more American servicemen have --
TURNER: -- are dying now from suicide over there than are dying in combat.
MORGAN: That's shocking, isn't it?
TURNER: Well, what -- no, I think it's -- I think it's good, because it's so clear that we're programmed and we're born to love and help each other, not to kill each other, to destroy each other. That's an aberration. That's left over from hundreds of years ago. It's time for to us start acting enlightened.
This year, the Army has reported 146 potential active-duty and 101 for those not on active duty through September, according to the latest figures released.

The latest figures for Army personnel killed in action in Afghanistan

put the number this year at 159, and 214 for all branches of the military.
Turner's comment about military suicides vs. combat deaths came after an extended criticism by Turner of the amount of money the United States' spends on the military and wars.
"We spend half a trillion dollars or more now. And what are we getting for it? What did we gain by the war in Iraq, for instance? What a disaster. The war in Afghanistan, a disaster. The war in Pakistan, a disaster. The war in Vietnam, a disaster." he said.
"We don't even know who wins and who loses. The last time anybody surrendered was Japan in 1945. Nobody else has surrendered. It's just war is a waste of time and effort. And it's consuming far too many of our resources, particularly here in the United States. Our military budget is bigger than the whole rest of the world's military budget put together.
"And you know, there really isn't a threat that warrants that. But the military industrial complex is so entrenched, so strong now that none of the -- none of the Congressional candidates have attacked the military budget. It's -- it's -- it's suicidal to do it."

[h=1]Benghazi Witnesses: 150 Terrorists, No 'Spontaneous Protest'[/h]

[h=2]A new report from the Associated Press demonstrates the lies and prevarications of the Obama administration over the terrorist attack in Benghazi that ended with the murder of our ambassador and three other Americans. According to the AP, which interviewed, Libyan witnesses, this was obviously an organized assault:[/h]

150 bearded gunmen, some wearing the Afghan-style tunics favored by Islamic militants, sealed off the streets leading to the US Consulate in Benghazi. They set up roadblocks with pick-up trucks mounted with heavy machine guns, according to witnesses.

The trucks bore the logo of Ansar al-Shariah, a powerful local group of Islamist militants who worked with the municipal government to manage security in Benghazi, the main city in eastern Libya and birthplace of the uprising last year that ousted Moammar Gadhafi after a 42-year dictatorship.

Most importantly, there were no – repeat, no – reports of a “spontaneous protest against an American-made movie denigrating Islam’s Prophet Muhammad.” That’s according to the AP. The Obama administration spent weeks after the attack suggesting that it began with a spontaneous protest about a YouTube video.

AP, of course, couldn’t help shilling for the administration, claiming that “Republicans, embroiled in a heated presidential campaign, seized on the confusion …. As that debate roiled, the actual events — and their meaning — became somewhat skewed in the mouths of politicians.”

But even the AP can’t bury the lead: there was no spontaneous protest. This was a full-out terrorist assault. And with our drones watching and video live-streaming to US officials, as 150 obvious terrorists sealed off streets around the consulate, the Obama administration did nothing. According to a guard at the consulate, “he saw no protesters. He heard a few shouts of ‘God is great,’ then a barrage of automatic weapons fire and rocket-propelled grenades began, along with barrages from heavy machine guns mounted on trucks.” And the AP even apologizes for its own original reporting, which tried to play the attack as a result of the YouTube video.

The Obama administration story on Benghazi is a lie. It always was a lie. And they knew it was a lie. Now, even the AP admits it was a lie.

[h=2]While the CorruptMedia does its worst to black out the unfolding scandal over Libya, rather than stupidly playing defense on the left's abortion-turf, New Media has done its best to report the Libya story and get it out there. This is called a counter-narrative, and with the help of a number of unforced errors on behalf of the Obama campaign, it might be having a negative effect on the most important number for an incumbent seeking reelection: job approval.[/h] In the Rasmussen poll that tracks the president's approval rating amongst likely voters, over the last four days, Obama's job approval has dipped from 50 to 47%. Meanwhile, his disapproval number has spiked to 52%. That's a five-point negative spread.
Normally, I would ignore that as statistical noise. But what makes the Rasmussen drop noteworthy is a similar plunge in the Gallup Poll -- which is even worse for the president, because Gallup measures Obama's approval ratings with "all adults." Generally, the looser the screen, the better Democrats poll. If Obama is cratering with "all adults," his numbers are likely worse among the tighter screen of registered and likely voters.
Today, Gallup has Obama upside down, 46-49% with all adults. Three days ago, Obama was above water, 51-44%. That's a huge swing.
Again, this might just be statistical noise. But when you look at the news coming out of Libya and the small, mean-spirited pettiness we're seeing from the president and his campaign, there's reason to believe this shift might be real.

your non response to your own obvious hypocrisy is very telling. How you look in the mirror and sleep at night.....is anyone's guess.

In case you haven't realized it by now, your gay little quips have no effect on me. I have no admit about 1/20 of them are funny, the other
19 are lame and very boring.
