It's really an impossible hypothetical question to answer. I have no idea about Biden. You think Biden is dumb because he says dumb shit? Look at the dumb shit Carson says. Look at Obama.....Ivy League school and rise to the leader of the free world.....it's not crazy to think he could be a doctor if he decided to go into the medical field.
