this neighborhood rallies around that sorta thing .. for example whenever there is a fender bender in the neighborhood and info is exchanged between locals and
they move on prior to police arrival.. well that is low hanging fruit.. before u know it guys have dibs on the open seats in both vehicles.. there is no limit to how many
personal injury lawsuits you can have at once.. every accident is treated in a vacuum or whatever the phrase is .. so guys like to keep that pipeline full.. the bad part is 20 years ago u could get 20 k before lawyers cut for a soft tissue injury.. now your lucky to get 4 k usually 3k sometimes 2k so have to keep allot of cases in the pipeline

hahahaha but that's fucking sad :ohno:

the best advice I've learned and can give you is always take the ambulance ride from the scene.. u need 2k in medical bills before a claim can be made.. and if you take the ambulance ride by the time u are treated and get X-rays.. youre right up on it .. so you sprinkle in a few chiro appointments ( i prefer acupuncture and massage) to get over the 2k threshold.. if just chiro will take u months to get over 2k.. so always take the ambulance ride

if you actually have job ( this is rare with guys that i advise) well u are golden 8k in personal injury protection wages .. thats lost wages.. completely separate from the actual settlement for pain and suffering .. problem is most of us are on disability and unemployment both if there was a way to get lost wages while on disability and unemployment well shit you would be king

theres a couple of really dedicated lawyers that post on twitter that are monitoring each municipalities response
and looking for loopholes for a lawsuit for anyone that can get themselves included..
ala the class action lawsuit vs houston releasing water from the Barker and Addicks reservoirs prior to
the hurricane

I live in Naples. I after the tracking shift from east coast on Thursday to west coast of Florida I left

total nightmare leaving. I75 was a parking lot and limited gas

it took 17.5 hours to get in Mobile. Ive never seen anything like it

The flooding with storm surge is what I'm waiting to hear about. Good luck all Floridians
