if you dont believe me
check 5 dimes for yourself, just try and play the teasers i recommend.
{you cant}

Absolutely believe you (you've done all the legwork). Plus, I've noticed 5dimes trimming their offerings over the years (nothing like only being able to place $100 prop bets). Quick question you might previously have answered: I know getting the sharp line is what we want (the reason for the wait). But, have you ever looked at data sets using the opening lines? In either way, I'll definitely be following this thread (albeit with no 'outs' it appears ;)

My local does 3 teamers at +180 and 2 teamers at -100. My only question is..if you have 3 teams that qualify how are you structuring the 2-teamers? And if you have 4 or 5 qualifiers how do you structure that?

I will post the plays late sat. nite or Sunday early

Here is a rundown of the possibilities as of now:

Bears- good for a 10-pt tease
Bills- possible if line stays below 3, not likely
Saints- very good play, may want to get in now as line is moving up
lions - may want to get in now as line is moving up
chiefs- home dog, do not play
bucs- home dog, do not play
cards- home dog, do not play
Steelers - i will play even at +1, at +1.5 and above pure gold
Ravens- if line goes to -7.5
chargers - play @+1.5

the idea is that teasers are better when the line is more accurate, so you want to wait until it has adjusted as much as possible. idk if the data was ever published

u cant use the bears in a 6-pt, but u could if u play 10-pt teasers. They are beatable, the problem lies in finding 3 teams which qualify [10 - 12.5 pt. fav]

interesting game, i avoiding mentioning to try not to confuse anyone. Why has the line moved so much? I have hous teased to -2, but at -13 i would recommend staying away completely. Also have hous -11 and will play back all of it at +14 or more [hopefully]

Akillie is it safe to say you never play a teaser that doesnt cross the 3 and the 7?

I played

Pitts and GB and teased them 6 1/2.

i do, i havent mentioned them so as to not confuse to many people. But to do this effectively you will need more plays. Most weeks simple bs teasers wont give more than a couple of plays. Therefore if you want more action or need additional teams to fill out your card, road dogs [RD] of +4.5 - +6 cover at 74%. Home dogs again are not any good, and these road dogs also cover at a profitable rate with no teaser, just a straight bet.

this week SF qualifies under the above criteria. I am not playing it. I like Green bay

Good luck Akilles and look forward to the plus even teasers as my books offer the 1.8 on 1 unit for at least one more season.

Akillies,
Really appreciate your taking the time to create this thread and answer questions. I did very well with teasers last year and hope to do the same this year. Your analysis plays a big part in my decision making process. BOL this week.
