You know Jim is right the rule is gone, I am almost certain before this incident there was something about betting when game has started /void bets. Guys correct me if I am wrong.

Dead wrong. When first started out at cascade a ways back, I bet a couple bad lines just to see what happen.
They were always graded winners without a question. Of course if the bet lost, you did not see me come in here bitching... It would take an absolute total idiot to do something like that... (hint)

Cascade has had the "a bet is a bet" policy as long as I have been betting offshore...
