I run it similar to a mutual fund. My investors funds are pooled and I place bets as I see fit. Profits are shared equally while I take a management fee. PM me for more info.

FYI: There will now be playoff betting in the fund this season due to popular demand.

I have never heard of an all you can eat where you are timed. Interesting
I read a food industry magazine where " timed " all you can eat is gonna be a thing , they don't want people eating & ' catching their breathe ' breaks chowing down like it's gonna be their last freaking meal :pointer: the article said that recently ..... more people have been asked to leave " all u can eat " restaurants as people are just staying & not leaving & are just ' gorging ' down food , some people have been caught filling up plastic bags with food from their plates & then heading back to the buffet to fill their plates up over & over again . some patrons have been banned altogether from their local ' all u can eat ' buffet restaurant .

Everyone has a favorite food they aren't necessarily proud of/isn't good for them. And most likely something they watch on tv to complete the ritual.

Mine is Taco Bell. I can spend over 25 dollars easily just on my order, but only allow myself to have it once a month at the most. Love to douse it with hot and Verde sauce and put sportscenter on tv.

Typical order

3 chicken quesidillas
3 cheesy gordita crunch (original)
3 of each kind doritos taco
1 crunch wrap surpreme (no sour cream)
2 large Dr peppers

Always go in and place the to go order instead of the drive through. 1. Less chance they mess the order up. 2. You can grab as much sauce as you want

they don't come over and tell you your time is up there but everyone gets it. if two hours aren't enough time to indulge their top of the line offerings then you have an issue. interestingly they bumped up their price from 55.00 t0 93.00 about 3 years ago and no one complained. check out their website.

You have to find the balance. Make sure to save enough to set up for a good retirement/rainy day but also understand you only live once, and allow yourself to have good experiences. My wife and I are early 30s making over $225k combined so life is good right now. But we are always aware that things can change in an instant. So we save a nice chunk but also spend money on nice experiences while we have the opportunity.

My wifes best friend and her husband are young a successful. Shes moving up the corporate ladder and he is an air traffic controller. But they refuse to spend a penny. Wont take their kids to disney world because they say tickets are too high. Might go to the beach in florida once every 3 years in a shitty condo. Ill just never understand that.

Christ you guys are making nearly a quarter of a mil in Louisville where the average home price is 209K!!!!! You guys must be living in a mansion!! To equal your income to home ratio, my wife and I would have to be making over a million here in the gta!!

Gordon Ramsay just opened a steakhouse here in kc. Reviews have been really good from everything ive seen. Seems to be running around $200-300 a head for appetizer, dinner w/ sides, and a dessert. Cocktails seem to run from $15-22 per. Do you find the quality is so much better its worth it or would you stick with your $12 burgers n fries????? Etc
I’ve been to one of his places in AC and it wasn’t nearly that expensive.

I learned several years ago that the best steaks are cooked in my own backyard.

My own splurges involving eating out usually involve being out of town at an ethnic restaurant.

Unless entertaining clients, anything above $150 per person (including drinks & dessert) I believe is wasteful.

No way you’re spending $400-500 at Ruby. Been there many times, are you two each eating 3 streaks each??

Now I know you’re full of shit. Lol

if he can spend $25 at Taco Bell I’m certain he can pull off 500 at Ruby’s

It's not fancy and not a steakhouse but Ramsay has a fish and chips place in Vegas also. It's kind of on a side street off the main strip a little north of Paris. It may be part of the linq actually. It's really good and is pretty damn reasonable. A basket of fish and chips with a drink was like $15.
