bas- people post all the time that they are doing so and so across the street, at freaks place, or shrinks when he was at eog. people talk about other sites all the time. Heck you even have members whose names are such as eog hater, and people can start threads saying, hertiage is the best shop bar none, 5dimes is amazing etc etc. last time i checked this site was about promoting knowledge and insight to help gamblers, so my tage of 1vice fan or supporter is so much worse then all the above that go on all the time? also why would I know a tag like that is against the rules, im not a mod and i dont go around promoting different things on a weekly basis. I have a feeling that if my tag was 5dimes rocks, it wouldnt have been pulled, but since the rx and 1vice arent on the greatest of terms, it got ax'ed.
again its not like i said i demand sports options, you said no and i went off out of no where, its a snowball of like 5-6 issues on my end
1. The idiotic threads with mutiple ids, ghosting, and creating false records to advertise themselves on this site
2. the lack of pm responses in general, and if you do get a response, basically just the mod laughing it off or saying what can i do
3. the way the rx treated 1vice after they bailed out the rx
4. the rx lack of information sharing with its members. tired of being treated like 2nd class citizens. Rx and its staff play childish games which breakdown almost to, i have a secret about so and so, and you say ok well what is it, ohhhhhh yea i cant tell you or get into it. I know some stuff has to stay behind closed doors, but fuck how can you keep adding books and kicking them out within a months time on rather scamming money or shadyness. Members play at these places bc the rx backs/promotes them, and then they are gone without a word, and the members are left holding the bag.
5. the pm you sent me about the about the wnba was not very clear and can easily be seen like you were telling me not to bother with the wnba forum anymore. the rx wanted to take it in a new direction (well it had been going in the direction myself and wil started), i didnt need to look over the forum anymore, and then ofcourse the addition of a new member out of the blue named wnba guru who i viewed as the new direction and replacement to look over it.
6. my post stating i would not be posting wnba plays here, which i only made after a received a few pms about wnba starting up and wanted to save time and put it out there early for anyone who planned on trying to follow. again, i didnt come out and say im posting at so and so, come hang out there and leave the rx forever. people asked where i might post if i post, so im not going to lie to them. the but you can still post if you want, can come off as very sarcastic, especially if you feel like your getting kicked out of the forum you got started.
7. sports options- this alone is not a big deal at all, as bas has stated, i posted picks before it.but again with everything else above, it was one of the last straws.
omt- i respect your picks, write ups, and overall interaction with the members on a daily basis. but if you honestly believe the rx has never been better, you are missing a few marbles. I know some people had personal issues with wil and I have seen them say how they are happier he is gone, but as a whole, people complaining about quality posters getting run off, the idiotic threads/picks, and the overall drop off in activity on this site greatly outweighs any praise a couple members are giving.
maybe you guys as mods are enjoying the site alot more these days bc you dont have to do nearly as much moding as before, because pretty much anything goes now, so what really needs to be moded. I mean if i got to work half as much at work and still get paid the same (no idea if u guys took cuts or anything), well id be praising it too, but its the customers/posters that are suffering
