I don't think it's a bad thing, someone posted an article a few weeks ago about how lots of big name athletes end up declaring bankruptcy. :cripwalk:
Big name athletes who had idiots advising them, trying to start their own businesses, or just making bad investments. You really can't think a guy is going to go bankrupt because he spends 2k on a pair of jeans who is under a 119 million dollar contract do you?

if he's spending 2K on jeans one might assume that he's purchasing other high end items.

Like I said, it's his money, let him buy what he wants. I personally wouldn't buy jeans for 2k in any situation.

Spent $119 on one and they still shrank. Always looking for a deal, not wearing jeans much but around 49-69 would be my price. Shirts, IMO are worth way more. Would go up to about $199 for em but still not hollywood style! Just like comfort:103631605

Tyson, Holyfield, MC Hammer, etc... There's so many celebs and athletes who have gone broke it's not funny. I just don't see the point in buying something for 2k when you can get a similar product for much less.

These type of people are just paying for the name is all. I don't need a well known name or brand to make me feel good no matter what my worth.

Believe me those guys you mentioned didn't go broke from buying expensive jeans. As far as paying for the name I highly disagree. Like mentioned before I pay anywhere from $150-$300 for my jeans and in no way am I paying for the name. There are thousands of jean companies out there that you can pay hundreds of dollars for jeans and 99.9% of the population would probably think you bought them from target because you really can't tell the difference until you actually have them on. In my case I have tried on probably 100 different brands of jeans. I finally came to the Brand that fit me the best and are the most comfortable. That brand just happens to be True Religion. Their average pair is probably around $200.

If you like to buy jeans at Target because you like those jeans then more power to you, but don't sit here and try to tell me Tyson and Holyfield went broke because they bought expensive clothes.
