How Many Hours of Sleep do You get at Night ?

Novels and magazines populate my AM hours. I enjoy 3 AM wake ups for reads and AM radio. Minimum 7 hours for me, else I feel sick and dopey. I like all night dreams. If I had to make a choice tween night and day, I would probably chose the mystery of night.
