It's why you always here belichick stressing all three phases of game.. Special teams really hurt saints 1h

you can't give seattle these types of breaks at home and with these conditions,they are good of enough football team when playing them on an even keel.....saints have to start throwing the ball more,hey its their type of game by throwing it so you have nothing to lose

Again, Brees is a product of a "new" NFL and a gimmicky offense that thrives in a dome.

The idea that he is anywhere near the level of Montana, Elway, Brady, Favre, is silly and laughable. If Brees played 20 years ago he wouldn't be the focus of any attention what so ever.

Brees did not play well down the stretch. The defense was freaking amazing, they had a real shot this year but didn't get good play from Brees.

Cleveland -- New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees passed John Elway for fourth on the NFL's all-time passing list during the Saints' lone scoring drive in the first half Sunday at Cleveland.


The Browns led the Saints 16-10 at halftime at FirstEnergy Stadium.


Brees entered the game just 62 yards behind Elway.


The next milestone will take longer to achieve, as Brees trails No. 3 Dan Marino by nearly 10,000 yards.


The career leaders are: Brett Favre (71,838), Peyton Manning (65,233 after Week 1), Marino (61,361) and Brees (51,523 at halftime).

Without Brees, Saints may have 1st or 2nd pick in draft. Yes I know they are 0-2 with him. Colts could be 0-2 with Luck and I would say the same thing then.....although Luck has never lost back to back games.

Not to take anything away from Brees - he's very good - but he happens to be playing with 3 of the best ever and he is not in their league - and he certainly is a box score guy - but if ur team needs a QB it would be hard to get much better than Brees

Brady, Manning, and who is the third?

If it's Rodgers I don't agree the he's one of the best of all time yet.

I do agree 100 percent Drew Brees is not even close to the level of the greats.

Rogers is in the elite class of QB's - of course at the bottom of the list - he needs time - Brees is not in that class of QB

He has slipped a lot the last couple of years... Probably outside of top 10 with current qb's
