email him that letter to his work email address...if you dont have it, go to the company's website, look up a couple email addresses to get the format they use...then email it to him. He'll be shocked enough that you 'somehow' got his work email addy and he'll know you mean business....

Sent the email to his personal email.

He has called me 7 times in the past 3.5 hours.

I sent him text that said, send me my money and another text that said.

Call his company and speak to the receptionist type and say that he was very helpful and you would like to send a complimentary type email informing his superiors' of how helpful he was. Once you get the names of the higher ups, call him and say that if payments do not start on Monday, you will get "so and so" involved. It helps if the so and so is like a VP or higher and he really does not know him other than a professional/working relationship.
