NO WAY NO HOW they haven't. There is an agreement in place for the sale...ITS NOT SOLD. Not hard to understand

Good old Donald has a few tricks up his sleeve i'm sure...mentally incapacitated is just the first stall tactic.

Something can be sold pending review. The instant that the team is no longer for sale and a price has been agreed upon it has been sold.

Well it's kind of important in this argument, haha.

Actually, it doesn't mean anything since the LA Clippers have not been sold.

If they were "sold" the NBA wouldn't be putting out public statements saying they are planning the termination hearing for June 3.

Keep flailing.

This is an all time epic beclowning.

The June 3rd meeting will be cancelled because the team has been sold. Lol. Just wait. Just like you said Shelly Sterling couldn't sell the team.

He will never give it up.

It is all a distraction from the fact that his predictions are 100% incorrect.

Shelly Sterling advised the NBA last night that an agreement had been reached with Steve Ballmer, and the NBA Advisory/Finance Committee met via conference call this morning to discuss these developments. We await the submission of necessary documentation from Mrs. Sterling. In the meantime, the June 3 special meeting of the NBA Board of Governors remains as scheduled."

I guess the NBA just doesn't know as much about this as you...

The team has been sold, lol. There is nothing I have been wrong about this entire time.

If the team has been 'sold' why hasn't the NBA said so?

If you "have not been wrong" please point out any evidence that Sterling's lawyers have told him "he will lose"

An agreement does not make a sale. This is not like buying a penis pump on craigslist.

THE CLIPPERS HAVE NOT BEEN SOLD....there is an agreement to sell once all the hurdles and hoops have been cleared. If you can't understand that you are too stupid to argue with.

Lol, when two individuals come to an agreement on a price... it is sold. It can be pending hurdles or hoops, but it is also sold. You can also use sold in a more formal context when the final closing papers are signed and the deal is official. But when you agree with someone on a price a sale has been made an the item is no longer for sale, it can be considered sold. This is all semantics, the fact you guys don't understand this even after posting multiple journalists across the Internet using the term sold... it's not surprising. You guys are pretty simple minded.

Have you ever sold a house or been involved in a financial transaction over 100K? You have no idea what you're talking about.
