I respect some peoples opinions. But the ones I've heard against me on this unless I'm missing someone, are real life retards. I use to have a higher opinion of you but your justification for that comment is just mind boggling. PatsFan is someone that I respect even though he pisses me off sometimes because he calls me out. But even he thinks you're crazy for that.
I mean, if you want to personally attack us by calling us retards because we side with almost every single antitrust lawyer that has offered an opinion on the case, that's cool.

Not attacking you man. I feel strongly that your actions during these conversations are misguided. I usually am correct about real world situations. Been wrong before but not often. I honestly think this will be done quickly and he will not be owner of the clippers by next season. If you want to speculate about long drawn out lawsuits you can. I just don't think that will happen.

And the truth is almost every antitrust lawyer out there says this thing will drag on for years if Sterling wants it to. This isn't my opinion, it's the opinion of the experts that actually study and practice law. Again, not my opinion. If you want reality, that's reality.

I also dont pretend to know. I am not an anti-trust expert. But my general knowledge of the legal system is that big complicated cases where both sides have very deep pockets for unlimited legal fees can take years to sort out. I have no idea if Sterling could win or not..... but it seems pretty clear he could tie it up in the courts for a long time if he wants to. Ak basically is just spouting nonsense based on no evidence whatsoever.
