This year's World Series has got the Mets and Royals feeling blue -- the exact same shade of it, in fact. And thanks to Matt Harvey's love of the hue, New York could make its first World Series appearance in 15 years wearing alternates instead of the classic road grays.

[h=1]Kansas City rotation has Dominican feel

The Royals' projected starters in Games 1-3 (Edinson Vólquez, Johnny Cueto, and Yordano Ventura) hail from the Dominican Republic. According to Elias, should all three start, the Royals would become the first team in World Series history to use 3 starters born outside of the U.S.

[h=1]Meet David Wright as Captain America

[/h]The veteran 3B earned the nickname while playing for Team USA in the World Baseball Classic in 2013, but it's also fitting because he's the captain and leader of the Mets.
