Baylor
The Bears have been slumping losing 3 straight. However if you look at who those losses were against and where you can understand why they have dropped 3 consecutive games. The only loss that they were never in the game was at Oklahoma where they didn't have an answer inside for Blake Griffin. In their other 2 losses, at Missouri, and at home against Texas they led both games late only to later to fall. In those games Curtis Jerrels played 2 of the worst games of his career. Jerrels is a good player, and I don't expect him to be held down for long. Playing at home, on the big stage, against a big time team Kansas, I expect him to get back on track at the same time getting the Bears back on track. Baylor is much better at home. They rely a lot on the 3 ball, so playing at home is important to a shooting team. Kansas meanwhile has struggled in their last 2 games against 2 of the bottom feeders of the league. In close wins at Nebraska, and home against Colorado, Sherron Collins has been less than good. KU relies a lot on their junior point guard to get the offense going, and when he is struggling so do the Jayhawks. Again tonight Collins is going up against one of the best back courts not only in the Big 12, but in the nation. The Bears are not a team a guard wants to try to get healthy on. I think Kansas is ripe for the pickin. Baylor is going to be playing with a sense of urgency and should get a win against a Kansas team that hasn't been playing their best ball. Home court should win out
