I've got some Rainbow Trout ( which I caught this past summer in Iowa ) along with some Bison Ribeye Steaks .

I've got some Dark Meat Chicken ( which I like better than white meat ) .

I've got some exotic stuff that was given to me like
RattleSnake Meat , Turtle Meat & Alligator Tenderloins .


Haven't decided which direction I'm going in for Thanksgiving ..... It won't be Turkey I know that much .
