Does President Obama use a private e-mail account for official business, like Hillary Clinton has? The White House won't say, citing security concerns.

Hillary Clinton could face jail time as email scandal sparks legal challenges

Hillary Rodham Clinton could face up to three years in prison per message if she is found to have broken her word and handled classified information on the secret account, one open records expert told The Washington Times. (Associated Press) more >

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Updated: 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015

The Obama administration will soon find itself in court having to explain to federal judges why it never told anyone former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton used a secret email address, potentially spoiling dozens of open records requests, experts said Wednesday.

And
Mrs. Clinton could face up to three years in prison per message if she is found to have broken her word and handled classified information on the secret account, one open records expert told The Washington Times.

The legal challenges have already begun, with The Associated Press filing a federal lawsuit saying the
State Department has foiled five years’ worth of requests for Mrs. Clinton’s emails, but never told them or the court that she kept her own server — meaning that her emails weren’t being searched.

This is liberalism personified. The end justifies the means. So we are to believe that the WH and the Sec of St never exchanged emails. If they did and Hillary's was not from a .gov account nobody wondered why. If they didn't something is really wrong. Now are we to believe that Obama (and/or Valerie Jarrett) do not use personal emails that contain sensitive issues. Right. Liberals say if anyone else did something in the past that justifies anything similar being done in the future. Right.

As an attorney who has probably cross-examined 1000's of witnesses, this woman's performance was beyond horrendous. When she gets a softball question, she makes eye contact. When she gets a tough question...her eyes go down, she looks from side to side, she starts saying "uuuuum" a lot.

That's usually because that person isn't telling the truth.

She's also holding firm opposing the idea that a third-party investigator look at the server...claiming that emails to/from her husband and others are on there, and that they are none of anyone else's business. Gee, the same e-mails that came from a guy who claims he has only sent two e-mails in his entire life? She wants to protect both of them from the public eye?

Someone who knows how to set up a home server is not aware that one device can access multiple e-mail accounts...well, that kind of tells you all you really need to know.

I don't know who the backup QB is for dimocraps in 2016, but it might not matter. If there is any party who would find a way to lose a race to this tubby, lying hag...it's the R's.

Hildabeast is simply awful as a candidate.

She fumbled her first preordained presidential run badly losing to an unknown community agitator falling into every imaginable trap along the way. Nearly every project she took on during her husband's administration turned into a disaster. Her time as Sec. of State is filled with nothing but scandals, and her hyped book tour was a bomb. As The Guesser has shown, the progressive grassroots can't stand her.

What is so appealing about Hillary - gender and a famous name?

Imagine if Americans were dumb enough to vote for this corrupt witch, her entire presidency would be putting out one fire after another that would have nothing to do with actual policy.

America is the greatest country ever, but Clinton Inc. embodies everything that is wrong with a broken, corrupt political system.

Taxpayer tab for Clinton Inc.: $16 million

Bill Clinton and his office have received more money through the Former Presidents Act than any other ex-president.

By Election Day 2016, taxpayers will have paid out more than $16 million to fund Bill Clinton’s pension, travel, office expenses and even the salaries and benefits of staff at his family’s foundation, federal records show.

Since he left the White House in 2001, Clinton and his office have received more money through the Former Presidents Act than any other ex-president, according to a POLITICO analysis of budget documents.

Multiple sources familiar with Clinton’s funding say the special federal money has supplemented the salaries of some employees of the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation, a global nonprofit that has served as Hillary Clinton’s primary platform as she prepares for a presidential campaign expected to launch in coming weeks.

Clinton “is allocated funding for an office and for attendant costs (rent, utilities and salaries and benefits for staff),” foundation officials said in an emailed statement. “His office is allocated $96,000 per year for personnel salaries. GSA does not dictate the number of staff for whom the allocation is used.”

It’s an obvious tell. Right out of the FBI’s BAU instruction book.

Obama adviser behind leak of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal

It’s the vast left-wing conspiracy.

Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett leaked to the press details of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail address during her time as secretary of state, sources tell me.

But she did so through people outside the *administration, so the story couldn’t be traced to her or the White House.

In addition, at Jarrett’s behest, the State Department was ordered to launch a series of investigations into Hillary’s conduct at Foggy Bottom, including the use of her expense account, the disbursement of funds, her contact with foreign leaders and her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation.

Six separate probes into Hillary’s performance have been *going on at the State Department. I’m told that the e-mail scandal was timed to come out just as Hillary was on the verge of formally announcing that she was running for president — and that there’s more to come.

Members of Bill Clinton’s camp say the former president suspects the White House is the source of the leak and is furious.

OBAMA AND VALERIE JARRETT WILL GO TO ANY LENGTHS TO PREVENT HILLARY FROM BECOMING PRESIDENT.
“My contacts and friends in newspapers and TV tell me that they’ve been contacted by the White House and offered all kinds of negative stories about us,” one of Bill’s friends quotes him as saying. “The Obamas are behind the e-mail story, and they’re spreading rumors that I’ve been with women, that Hillary promoted people at the State Department who’d done favors for our foundation, that John Kerry had to clean up diplomatic messes Hillary left behind.”

Then, according to this source, Bill added: “The Obamas are out to get us any way they can.”

The sabotage is part of an *ongoing feud between the two Democrat powerhouses.

Last fall, during the run-up to the 2014 midterm elections, Jarrett was heard to complain bitterly that the Clintons were turning congressmen, senators, governors and grass-root party members against Obama by portraying him as an unpopular president who was an albatross around the neck of the party.

Jarrett was said to be livid that most Democrats running for election refused to be seen campaigning with the president. She blamed the Clintons for marginalizing the president and for trying to wrestle control of the Democratic Party away from Obama.

And she vowed payback.

My sources say Jarrett saw an opportunity to hit back hard when Monica Lewinsky suddenly resurfaced after years of living in obscurity. Jarrett discreetly put out word to some friendly members of the press that the White House would look with favor if they gave Monica some ink and airtime.

Relations have gotten even frostier in the past few months.

After the Democrats took a shellacking in the midterms, the White House scheduled a meeting with Hillary Clinton. When she showed up in the Oval Office, she was greeted by three people — the president, Jarrett and Michelle Obama.

With his wife and Jarrett looking on, Obama made it clear that he intended to stay neutral in the presidential primary process — a clear signal that he wouldn’t mind if someone challenged Hillary for the nomination.

“Obama and Valerie Jarrett will go to any lengths to prevent Hillary from becoming president,” a source close to the White House told me. “They believe that Hillary, like her husband, is left of center, not a true-blue liberal.”

If she gets into the White House, they believe she will compromise with the Republicans in Congress and undo Obama’s legacy.

“With Obama’s approval,” this source continued, “Valerie has been holding secret meetings with Martin O’Malley [the former Democratic governor of Maryland] and [Massachusetts Sen.] Elizabeth Warren. She’s promised O’Malley and Warren the full support of the White House if they will challenge Hillary for the presidential nomination.”

Edward Klein’s most recent book is “Blood Feud: The Clintons vs. the Obamas” (Regnery).

Great...another attorney who thinks he's a human lie detector. If there is one profession of people who are clueless in detecting deception it's attorneys

This is another reason you guys keep losing elections. Average voters don't care about this kind of thing. Nobody is gonna not vote for clinton because she had a private email. Most realize they all probably do.

Do you fucking fools actually think her private emails contain some benghazi coverup. Damn you guys are dumb as fuck.

In 2012 the State Dept fired Kenyan Ambassador Scott Gration for having an illegal email.

The report went on to say that Gration’s use of private email to conduct government business left the State Department balancing the “desire to be responsive to their mission leader” with the “need to adhere to Department regulations and government information security standards.”
The use of unauthorized information systems increases the risk for data loss, phishing, and spoofing of email accounts, as well as inadequate protections for personally identifiable information,” the report stated. “The use of unauthorized information systems can also result in the loss of official public records as these systems do not have approved record preservation or backup functions.”

While the report from the Office of the Inspector General claimed that Gration ignored State Department instructions and “willfully disregarded regulations concerning the use of commercial email for official government business,” he tells us that he made an effort to have his “unclassified State Department emails” and his “Gmail messages displayed as separate accounts on the same State Department Blackberry.”

Hillary claimed that the emails she sent to State employees were archived. That was, shock, a lie:

The fact that all but Kerry's emails were not being automatically archived until February may fuel the controversy over Clinton's use of a private account and server.
Clinton said Tuesday she had copied her work-related messages to aides and officials with government accounts and addresses, and that meant they would be preserved as part of the historical record. While Friday's revelation does not necessarily mean that those messages were not retained in State Department servers, it suggests they were not automatically archived.

Maureen Dowd's claws come out:

None of what you said made any sense. Keeping a single account mingling business and personal with your own server wasn’t about “convenience.” It was about expedience. You became judge and jury on what’s relevant because you didn’t want to leave digital fingerprints for others to retrace.

What is funny is she thinks (and so do her supporters) she is so clever. She really just isn't that bright or talented. You can tell she hasn't been asked a difficult question by the media in years.

Nothing says "progressive" like a 67 year old grandmother who hasn't had a new idea since 1969, huh?

What is it with the love fest between Liberals and Muslims?

Case in point…

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-brief...talks-intensify-wh-celebrates-iranian-holiday

The White House this week celebrated Nowruz, the Persian New Year most often observed by Iranians.

The festivities come amid tense negotiations between the White House and Tehran. President Obama hopes Iran will slow or stop its nuclear weapons program in exchange for removing economic sanctions.

First Lady Michelle Obama praised the holiday in remarks at the executive mansion Wednesday. The event featured a Persian dinner and a dance troop’s performance.

“I think it’s so fitting we’re holding this celebration here today,” Michelle Obama said. “One of the things I love about the White House is how it truly is the people’s house. It is a house that reflects the diversity of culture and traditions that make us who we are as a country. Nowruz is one of those traditions.”

Of course it is. I’ll bet 99% of the American people never heard of Nowruz.

Typical republica mindset. If they don't see it in their world, it isn't important or doesn't exist.

Let's just celebrate white christian heritage as a nation....screw everyome else.

Thankfully when this older generation dies off....the world will be a more tolerant place.

As always dave....you will die as you have lived...a total and complete moron.
