Trump's budget/tax proposal would increase the debt by $12-15 trillion over the next ten years, according to the NONpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. This is significantly higher than the current president's proposal released earlier this week.

Please remind me again why so-called fiscal conservatives support Trump?

Too funny how folks on here call Bush or Kasich 'RINOs' yet their fiscal proposals are conservative trademarks.

He's playing to his moron base. Don't be one.
Nope, his original base still thinks Iraq was a good War, and that W was right. But Trump doesn't care. He's telling the truth, and it doesn't matter what he says about stuff like that. As long as he'll ban Muslims and Mexicans, and will Build a wall, it's all good with his sheep.

The intent of the Iraq war was far better than the result. The intent of Trump's comment about the Iraq war was to appeal to morons by saying anything that might get him nominated. But since 43 is now on the campaign trail you'll soon be able to have someone at MSNBC or Salon respond to his comments about Iraq for you. But the TRUTH is, he did not lie.

A recent poll released by the Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, California has identified a key question that determines whether a voter is likely to support Republican frontrunner Donald J. Trump.

That question is whether the voter agrees with the statement: “People like me don’t have any say about what the government does.”

The analysts explain:

Among people likely to vote in the Republican primary, people are 86.5 percent more likely to prefer Donald Trump as the first-choice nominee relative to all the others if they “somewhat” or “strongly agree” that “people like me don’t have any say about what the government does.” Using statistical techniques, we can conclude that this increased preference for Trump is over and beyond any preferences based on respondent gender, age, race/ethnicity, employment status, educational attainment, household income, attitudes towards Muslims, attitudes towards illegal immigrants, or attitudes towards Hispanics.

Makes sense to me.

RESPONSE TO THE LIES OF SENATOR CRUZ:
Ted Cruz is a totally unstable individual. He is the single biggest liar I’ve ever come across, in politics or otherwise, and I have seen some of the best of them. His statements are totally untrue and completely outrageous. It is hard to believe a person who proclaims to be a Christian could be so dishonest and lie so much.
Cruz said I would be appointing a liberal judge when in fact I will appoint a great conservative and I am the only candidate who has gone so far, at the debate, as to suggest two individuals I feel would best represent the conservative values we need to protect: William “Bill” Pryor Jr. and Diane Sykes.
Cruz says I am pro-choice, when in fact I am staunchly pro-life and have been for a long time. Like Ronald Reagan, on many issues, I have evolved.
Cruz says I am in favor of ObamaCare, when in fact I have spoken about repealing and replacing this disaster of a system at every speech throughout my campaign and since it’s inception. Meanwhile, Cruz was responsible for getting Bush to put in the judge that failed to vote against ObamaCare twice.
Cruz says I will try to take away your second amendment rights, when I am one of the strongest proponents of the right to bear arms and I say so in every speech that I have made for years. I am a proud member of the NRA and so are my sons.
Cruz has become unhinged and is lying with the hopes that his statements will go unchecked until after the election and he will save his failing campaign.
In Iowa, Cruz told thousands of Ben Carson voters that Dr. Carson had left the race and to instead vote for Ted Cruz. He apologized when the race was over. Likewise, his fraudulent voter violation form sent to Iowa voters. If Ted is going to continue to lie with such desperation, I have no choice but to fight back.
One of the ways I can fight back is to bring a lawsuit against him relative to the fact that he was born in Canada and therefore cannot be President. If he doesn’t take down his false ads and retract his lies, I will do so immediately. Additionally, the RNC should intervene and if they don’t they are in default of their pledge to me.
I am the strongest on the borders and I will build a wall, and it will be a real wall. I am strongest on illegal immigration, strongest on ISIS, strongest on the military and I will take care of our Vets. I will end common core and preserve the second amendment. I will renegotiate our trade deals and bring our jobs back to our country. I am the only person who will Make America Great Again.

Donald Trump: I’m very capable of changing to anything I want to change to

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/feb/11/donald-trump-im-very-capable-changing-anything-i-w/

Unfortunately true, especially looking at this statements even a year ago.

Sorry Donald, "making deals" with Democrats and RINOs (the Washington Cartel that got us into this Hell!) will not make America great again. Been there, done that...

Trump is Dole/McCain/Romney with a hard edge and attitude. Oh, and a shitload of profanity and one-liners.

Loved it when he was bashing the establishment, shaking up the race and giving the GOPe aneurysms, but if elected prepare to be disappointed.

Nope, Trumps comments about the Iraq disaster and 911 were truth. He's not appealing to the R Base, he's speaking truth. He said it even better today about the canard that "Bush kept us safe". W gave up 19 runs in the 1st inning, then went on to pitch a good game. Does the 19 runs in the 1st not count? Brilliant Donnie, it's what sane people have been saying for 14 years. Too bad Donnie is a Fascist who would ban a Religion, and likely round up existing members of that Religion. But once in a while, he gets it right.

Donald Trump threatened Monday to renege on his pledge to not run as independent, saying that the Republican establishment was not holding up its end of a deal.
In December Trump committed to support whoever becomes the Republican nominee for president, saying at the time he was “totally committed to the Republican Party.”
But Saturday’s Republican debate — in which Trump was repeatedly booed by the conservative crowd — left the blowhard billionaire with doubts about the deal with the Republican National Committee.

Donald Trump toyed with the notion of a third-party run, arguing the Republican National Committee had betrayed him.

“I signed a pledge and as far as I’m concerned they’re in default of their pledge," Trump said in Charleston, S.C.
The RNC had packed the room full of conservatives supportive of the Republican establishment who opposed Trump, he said.
A BRIEF HISTORY OF DONALD TRUMP'S MANY BUSINESS FAILURES
"I know many of those people. Lobbyists and special interests. Take a look! That's a wealthy room,” he said, adding, “The RNC does a terrible job.”
Trump had previously said his commitment to the GOP was contingent on his being treated “fairly.”
A third-party run by Trump presents a potentially devastating threat to Republican efforts to reclaim the White House.
The threat by the GOP frontrunner to throw another wrench in the Republican machine came hours before his rival, Jeb Bush, was scheduled to hold a rally in Charleston with his brother, George W. Bush.

On Twitter Trump continued talking trash about the 43rd President.
“Now that George Bush is campaigning for Jeb(!), is he fair game for questions about World Trade Center, Iraq War and (economic) collapse? Careful!” Trump tweeted.
At a press conference shortly after the rally, Trump assailed his other rival, Ted Cruz.
Trump slammed the junior senator from Texas as “a totally unstable individual” and “the single biggest liar I’ve ever come across.”
Outraged at Cruz’s statements he would appoint a liberal judge to the Supreme Court and was not a supporter of the 2ndAmendment, Trump threatened legal action challenging his eligibility for president if he didn’t apologize.
“It is hard to believe a person who proclaims to be a Christian could so dishonest and lie so much,” Trump said.

TRUMP STILL DOUBLES OPPOSITION
leading the S.C. Republican presidential race after the weekend’s explosive GOP debate in Greenville. But the race for second place in Saturday’s primary appears to be narrowing.

Behind Trump, who has 35 percent support in a new poll, U.S. Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida and Ted Cruz of Texas are
tied for second place — at 18 percent each, according to a Public Policy Polling survey released exclusively Monday to The State.

The GOP poll suggests Trump’s debate performance – in which he criticized former President George W. Bush
for the 2001 terror attacks – may not be hurting the frontrunner in a state that has deep ties to the Bush family.

The poll also suggests Rubio could be closing the gap on Cruz, who has finished second to Trump
in seven out of the eight S.C. polls taken in 2016.

Nuns run to see Pope Francis as he passes by the Angel of Independence square, Mexico City. The pope urged Mexicans on Sunday to turn their country into a land of opportunity where there is no need to emigrate or mourn victims 'of the merchants of death.'
