Can you imagine if the US Govt sends the FBI or your local Police to your house because they know you are waging on line. Tax dollars at work. What happened to the rapists and the Terrorists that we are supposed to be watching?

Explain and tell us all why.

Thanks

Simple math Fish, with majorities in all 3 houses not only can the Repbs not block any legislation whatsoever they cant even rise to speak without permission. According to every Democrat ive ever seen posting on the subject the Republicans are the only thing keeping it illegal...Its their way of letting the conservative right set the agenda remember? So with the use of fast track legislation all online gambling should be legal no later than March id say...
Heres a few other things they could/might/will pass in the 1st 90 days..

Repeal and make retroactive all Bush tax cuts, meaning you will owe the last 7 years back , family of 4 making 50K will owe about 14K in back taxes..

Pass a same sex marriage amendment.

Cut troop funding and the TOTAL defense budget (proposed by Barney Frank) by 40%. End all nuclear production and freeze all weapons testing by the US military (Proposed by Hussein the Kenyan)

Pass an amendment giving communities Gun Law rights...i.e. Washington D.C.

Begin the confiscation of all 401K's which will be imbeded into the SS fund and pd back at a slave wage..(several Democrats have proposed various forms)

Bring back the fairness doctrine and possibly APPLY IT TO THE INTERNET...You say u like Tampa somebody else has to post they like Philly or they shut down the RX....

Begin to enact CAPAQ regulations and install a "Carbon Tax".

Install a new cabinet position for community redistribution ...This is where the unemployed can bring there unpaid bills, utilty, cell phone, child support, etc and get their "tax credits" used to pay them...(Proposed by Hussein the Kenyan) 1 proposal includes a $1200 a yr "tax credit" for unemployed men who owe child support.

Stop ALL offshore oil production and ban all autos that dont use alternative fuels within 5 yrs...

Declare "windfall" profits tax on ANY income rather personal or Corporate of 80% for ALL income over $5M...this will ofcourse have exceptions for actors and public figures, politicians and sports figures..

Amend the constitution to make Hate Crimes applical to speech.....A Baptist preacher who speaks out against Homosexualty or Abortion from his pulpit will be jailed and his chuch property confiscated by the Govt..
Muslims however will still be able to preach the beheading of Christians worldwide however due to the separation of chuch and state....
Joe the Plumber would be jailed and by making these "Mental" crimes the offender could not be released regardless of sentance until declared "FIT" by the Govt....

And this is just a quick outline, the changes in health care, Social Security and Taxes as well as personal freedoms will be so deep and so complicated that eventually it will be nothing short of Sharia Law..If your neighbors complain to a judge about ANYTHING you do and there is more of them than there is of you you will be stripped of everything you own and if lucky jailed and if not cut off from the Govt which will mean you will have nothing with access to nothing....

Change you can feel Baby!!!!

I just got a similar message from Intertops saying the casino access will be blocked b/c their software provider is blocking access from restricted states. Looks like Microgaming must be enforcing the ban on players from the 13 states. I was not able to use microgaming casinos after the law was passed in 2006 but I was still able to use the casino @ intertops. Oh well, another nail in the coffin.

Yes, and brings about ENFORCEMENT to the UIGEA bill that was passed in 2006.

Horrible

I would not be caught dead betting sports offshore at this time.

Poker, that's a different story.

I think ONLINE POKER will be 100% legal very shortly(1-3 years).

Worse, the enforcement of the law banning online sports wagering in the United States goes into effect very shorty.............

Not sure many here are aware of that.

Tread lightly my American friends.

When?

I got NFL futures bets in.

This nonsense should have been returned to normal a long time ago. Right now its a fringe group of retarded conservatives that believe they have a right tell people what is morally right and wrong that have been stalling the feds from stopping this nonsense and concedng to the WTO.

As soon as the dems take over, all this nonsensical regressive shit that makes no sense at all to them will be cut and we shall very quickly go back to the norm.

You guys think this is bad, it was supposed to be even worse before 9/11.
Porn and gambling were big on the bush agenda and they were side lined by that attack that forced the feds to focus on other things!

Boston Bettor no i use it here and never had a problem.......ck

A computer retard here. Bokkmarked the site for later reading. But what baffles me is so simple maybe I'm "missing the forest....trees".

Thre is no more powerfull nor no more pathetic goverment on earth than the USA. Laws are enforced selectively. That's no secret to anyone.
Why is this the case?
Simple.... It's HUGE and "joe the plumbers" are easy to find. (Not a political ad in any way).

ALL politics are local. Poly Sci. 101. You knew that one. The problem is Nevada will not today nor tomorrow nor 'you pick the date' EVER stop their quest to keep sports wagering inside. Yes I know other states have met failure with parlays and find that grain of sand; but it was all ill conceived from the start. Nevada rules ! Seems like a seperate country to me. The Mafia created it--they spend money defending it. It won't change in your GRNDCHILDREN's lifetime as to a small sports bet.
I happened to grow up in a place and time of rural roots where you gave to the church first and then....... I lived up North (big cities for so long); that I thought as long as you treated everyone right......W (what) T(the) F(fuck).
That thought died with the Viet Nam war and the draft. Even Congress (Kennedy) made famous the draft lottery. Talk about life and death bets (lotteries).
We live in a sick society that is more worried about a $25 bet than life itself.
But ask yourself this? Are they sick or are they paid off?
