guys....the stock has not bene looking good, but that is for day traders to worry about. If you bought this stock, do yourself a favor, and take a couple of days off watching it day to day.

Don't be discouraged by the price of NOT. Everything happened really fast and the markets want information even faster. NOT is starting to get very organized. They are working the best in the business in terms of Geologists, JP MOrgan you name it. There is no doubt in my mind NOT is very undervalued and the $4 barely covers the Double Eagle value. NOT has 5 great things on the go and none of it has been priced into the stock , but certainly will be at some point. From myu perspective once NOT can assay and put tonnahge out on the first anomoly, people will realize the valuation thus far only includes this one anomoly. RN has been talking to many industry experts and getting reports hand over fist they can't publish. Because they are independant projectionjs, ideas and research sent to RN because they are very interested. There is no reason for anyone being concerned with what NOT has...at all. In fact it could easily be one of the best investments you ever make.

Doug, just bought another 1,000 shares at 3.97 I hear you about not watching it day to day but, my other 4000 shares are at 5.35 and it is hard to watch 1.35 drop in price for that amount of shares. I will hold long and hope what everyone is saying about this hit is correct. Happy Holidays

Again here's a disclaimer regarding having access (same as you) to only a minimal data set. I'd love to have detailed geophysics data, holes logs, drill hole deviation data .... (just as an example I put on hole #25 (real and in lite blue - a possible deviation)

I've been following this stock for a while now as the opportunity to get rich sounds good to me also. I haven't bought the stock and probably won't as I don't understand enough about their business and almost never buy pink sheet stocks. These stocks tend to be open to manipulation and possible fraud though I'm not suggesting that is the case here. Also, there are no SEC filings for this company and I'm not sure what the Canadian equivalent of the SEC is or if any financial filings exist. Has anyone seen a balance sheet for the company to even know if they have adequate capital to finance their exploration?
When I see comments from Doug "guaranteeing" this stock will go up next year, that always raises red flags for me. Also, keep in mind this stock is up about 20x from its low. I hope this works out for people but it seems like people are putting alot of faith in a recommendation from an internet poster on what is likely an extremely speculative deal. I may be wrong but my experience tells me these types of tips very seldom pay off.

arty:I guess this stock makes sense for a gambling website as it seems all holders here are betting on this based on a recommendation from an internet poster and the company does not report quarterly or annual financial results that can be accessed by an investor.
I may be wrong but I see nowhere that this financial info can be obtained.
Doug- Do you know if this co files audited fs with any regulatory agency in the US or Canada? If so, where can these be accessed? If not, you are all investing on blind faith based only on company press releases and purported knowledge of various sources. I suppose you could get rich on this but you could also all get rich playing lotto, it just isn't a likely outcome. Whatever happens, be willing to accept a complete loss on your investment if things go wrong. I've seen too many of these so called hidden gems go bust.

Thanks for the info. First, let me state that I know very little about mining exploration or the real costs, risks and potential rewards associated therewith. If someone is very knowledgable about these matters, and truly believes the company is likely to find large reserves that it can recover and sell on a economically profitable basis than this speculative investment would make sense for them. For anyone else, the following factors would concern me greatly:
1. The company had about $15 million in cash at 4/30/07 and did not generate revenue from it's mining operation for the last 2 years. This cash came from a stock offering of 20 million done late last year. I can not tell from the information provided how long the co. has been in existence, what experience the principals have, and if they have have ever made a profit on mining operations. If this company were required to file quarterly and annual SEC reports, this type of info would be readily accessible.
2. At 4/30/07, the company had issued about 90 million shares of stock and had another 29 million in warrants exercisable at 75 cents a share. At the current price of $4, the company would be valued at about $430 million assuming the options were exercised. For this company to make anyone the kind of money that Doug is talking about, it would need to be able to discover billions in mineral reserves which can be profitable recovered. Without knowing much about mining, I'm guessing it's a stretch to think a company with 15 million in cash is likely find enough reserves to generate that kind of returns.
3. I see no other sources of working capital other than the cash on hand at 4/30. If the monthly burn rate of $1.2 million is correct, the company would have about $5 million of cash left at year end.
4. I can't find any information as to when one could reasonbly project that this comapny would actually generate any revenues from mining operation. The audited financial statement issues a "going concern" exception which basically states that the business has no proven viability as the company has yet to show it can find any minerals that can be profitbly extracted.
Again, I suppose its possible that Doug really knows and understands the various exploration sites the company has and is correct that these contain huge mineral reserves that can be profitably extracted. However, most posters here would find it impossible to make their own independent judgement about these facts.
For my money, this is a company that is extremely specualtive. It doesn't file quarterly financial reports, has no operating history that I can ascertain, and trades at a over 20x its tangible book value.
If someone told me they wanted to invest 1% of their liquid net worth in this, I'd still advise against it but understand everyone takes a flier at some point. Investing any more than that in this company would strike me as a unsafe risk to take with your money. As I stated in an earler post, I've seen way too many people lose their entire investment on a deal that was marketed as a home run.
