I used to smoke bong loads while drinking the juice. I see no harm in that. Cigs? I can't recommend those on any level.

A juice is perfect if you are about to go workout, need some energy, but don't wanna fill yourself up. It is also perfect afterwards..it's perfect ANY time!

i just streamlined some ginger,garlic,parsley,spinach,lemon,celery,&beets.....got my attention!

Top them off with some salt/pepper, dip in ketchup and you're home free. I like it with eggs myself. It makes for a superb breakfast.

Glad I found this link. You motivated me to dust off my juicer and get back into it!

I own both a Champion and Juiceman. I have been juicing on and off for years. I haven't been at it for a while. I found that it is important to NOT put the juicer away. It must me left on the counter or you will not use it.

hammy,did you read the booklets that come with jr? suggests juicin 4 times pr day
 
Power Trio: 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks & 1/2 apple...

Every day for a week...

Then Add beet (start small 1/2" cube)

thanks for the recipe, need to define that "cube" of beet, because as you know too much beet can really throw ya for a curveball. I added up above in CAPS the amount of beet that needs to go in. good recipe, thanks.

not sure how well the brocolli goes over
asparagus? haven't tried that
turnip greens--go for it..I will use about anything green and leafy.
the beet tops are really good also
yeah, Frank is going for a tasty snack
rather than the <power potion>
